The living room boasts two sofa couches, a tv, and opens into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully supplied with all the cookware, to allow for the full expression of your inner gourmet chef and four barstools at the kitchen island. Dine at the kitchen table or al fresco by the pool.

With a split level floorplan, this home is perfect for multiple couples and families traveling together. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed that has vibrant colored bedding to put guests in the vacation mood, access to the patio, and ensuite bathroom with an updated double vanity and stunning walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms on the main floor have natural lighting and tropical views, these rooms share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the third floor, is a den area, hallway bathroom with walk-in shower and two other bedrooms. The fourth bedroom features a king bed and the fifth has a twin over twin bunkbed.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicle

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
