Charming, Bright & Clean 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Mobile Home Directly on the St Johns River. Covered Boat Dock and Lift for your Boat & 2 Jet Skis. Covered Porch with incredible view of the river. You Can Fish, Shrimp and Crab directly from the Dock. Living Room features Large Windows for Plenty of Natural Light and a Pull Out Sofa Bed, Dining Table also Converts to a Gaming Table. Living area has been updated with New Carpeting and Vinyl Plank Flooring. Fully Equipped Kitchen Features Double Oven and Flat Cook top, Dishwasher and Double Stainless Sink . Master Suite has a King Size Bed, Double Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo Bath. 2nd Bedroom features 2 twin beds. Two Smart TVs with Cable and WiFi. Washer and Dryer as well as linens and towels.

River House

I have been here before and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately (for me) the fish weren’t biting, but the location allowed me to get some much needed rest (recovery from 2 major surgery’s in the last 6 months). The visit was cut short because of weather but well worth the trip. As before, the “next door neighbor” Jack, was extremely helpful and always willing to talk about daily issues; Thanks

Perfect Long Weekend Spot

We had an amazing time in Welaka with this incredible house as home base. We probably had more fun playing on the dock than we did running around on the boat. My son was occupied for hours tossing the cast net and fishing, with pretty decent success. The house was better than advertised and had everything we needed and then some. The host were awesome and we had some laughs. I'm sure they would have immediately addressed any issues if we would have had any. We all look forward to visiting again.

Amazing Host, place, and location.

We loved it here! So accommodating, Randy and his dad are top notch people! We highly recommend booking here. The location is amazing for boating and being in a nice quiet area. We will be back for sure!

Memorial weekend getaway

Very nice and clean house with beautiful view, sunset was absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be going back. Jack next-door was the sweetest and nicest person.

Randy's place was perfect! We were able to dock our boat on the boat lift with no problem and enjoyed the river so much. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect, porch was great to sit on and look at the view and Mr. Jack next door was delightful! I'm definitely coming back and would highly recommend this to anyone! Randy if you are reading this, thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home and we want you to get well soon!!!!

Best River House on the St John’s

Our stay was perfect as always, we caught so many fish we had to borrow a cooler. It’s always a pleasure to see Mr Jack next door . He furnished all the ice you need and lots of good conversation.

Perfect Stay

Myself and my grand daughter visited the property for our fourth trip. We fished off the dock and filled our cooler. The property was very clean and is in a safe neighborhood. Mr Jack as always is an added bonus . We will visit again soon .

Awesome vacation

This was the most perfect spot. Right on water ,boat dock. We will be back. Weather was windy but we still fish. Also did some sightseeing found baby gators some mom or dad gator. We caught some crabs by accident they was fun. I would recommend this place to anyone.

River house on St. John’s

This is the second year I spent time on the river. The house, the rental agent, the “guy next door “ were ALL better than advertised! Wonderful experience, very nice accommodations and great Bass fishing! I will definitely be returning next year!

Repeated stay

Wonderful place, clean , cozy ! Love the set up right along the river with nice easy boat access / dockage / and view. Owners next door are very kind and tentative to any issues that arise. Look forward to stay next yr !

We are Local Residents and own the property right next door. We have other one for family and it is not always occupied. My Wife Colleen and I live in East Palatka and we love the River.

This is a Great River Front Location close to St Augustine, The Beaches and some of the Best Fishing. You can boat to Salt Springs or Tour the Ocklawaha River, Lake George or go to Crescent Lake.

The sunset is amazing and bird watching is great also. Occasionally, you can even spot a Manatee swimming by. Have Dinner on the back porch with a nice breeze and enjoy nature.
