The location of this property was ideal with so many places in walkable distance. We walked to restaurants, cafes, bars and Dickson Street. The house itself is beautiful and the beds super comfy. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay while visiting Fayetteville for a University of Arkansas football weekend with two other couples. The location could not have been better and was convenient to both downtown Fayetteville and the stadium, which made getting around during a busy football weekend very easy. The house itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed. It had everything we needed for three couples to enjoy the weekend and truly felt like a great home base for our time in Fayetteville. What further made the experience stand out, though, was Danielle. She was an outstanding host responsive, accommodating, and genuinely one of the best hosts we have ever dealt with in all of our rental experiences. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Fayetteville, especially for a Razorback football weekend. We will absolutely look to stay here again on a future trip to Fayetteville. Five stars all around!

Great Place

Wonderful place! Owners checked on us via text to see if we needed anything, very clean, stocked kitchen, walked to Dixon…The only issue we had was the construction, but that had nothing to do with the owners and we were told in advance. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our group. The location with the walking trail behind the house was awesome for our group. We were able to walk to Dickson, frat house and stadium. We would definitely stay here again.
