The condo was in a very convenient location, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. The host was personable with very clear instructions for check- in. The parking garage was very secure. The unit had everything we needed for a week stay. All the appliances were in great condition. The MBR bed was very comfortable. It was a great value.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to Osborne Street with grocery/liquor/pharmacy stores along with a few nice places to eat. The people that live in the building are so nice. It’s very quiet and has a beautiful large window in the living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and perfect size. Would stay here again.

Really great to be able to talk to the host prior to our stay as he had helpful check in information. The place was clean, beds were comfy and a fantastic kitchen. The location was perfect to walking to numerous restaurants and a quick drive to the Canada Life Centre to watch the Jets. So much better than a hotel stay!

We loved everything about this apartment. It was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, personal attention to every detail.There are 2 floors but there is elevator access to both and there are washrooms on each floor. Underground parking is also an asset. We would happily return

Wonderful property that we would highly recommend. Every aspect of the condo was well-maintained, the neighborhood is very nice and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a nice place to spend several days in Winnipeg!

Host understands he is in the Hospitality Business and took the initiative to make sure we had an agreeable stay. He was very helpful with check in. Property was completely as described and extra amenities where available, such as space heaters for the very cold Winnipeg weather we experienced. Our party of two couples was most comfortable with this accommodation.

This place was fantastic and had everything we needed. The only thing I will mention is if you have Ford F-150 truck with a hitch on it, make sure you remove it so you can park in the parking garage. This was the only issue we ran into but it was no fault of the host. We were able to rectify the situation by removing the hitch and backing the truck in. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Winnepeg!

Very nice condo in a neat area. There are several restaurants you can walk to as well as a grocery store. It's a short drive to The Forks and 10-15 minutes from the airport. River Road is a bit busy, so there is some road noise; however, this didn't disrupt our sleep or anything.The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. Note there is not a TV in the primary bedroom but there is one in the other room. There's also a TV in the living room. The large windows in the main living area make it feel a bit like a treehouse. The kitchen is large and well-appointed and there is a half bath on the first floor as well. Having off-street parking was really nice but the garage is pretty small so if you have a large SUV or truck it would be hard to maneuver.The unit could use a deep clean/detail clean. It was overall clean but there were some high areas (it's loft style) that were pretty dusty, and things like light switches and baseboards in some areas could use a wipedown. The sofa arms could use a clean as well - it's comfy though!Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay again without hesitation.

5 stars!! Heated indoor parking was a huge bonus with the -32 weather. Condo was exactly as described. Beautiful kitchen, living area, very clean and with everything I could have needed! Host was exceptional, making sure all expectations were met and truly providing the utmost customer service!

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which is very walkable to many attractions. Our communication with the owner was excellent with clear instructions making our stay very enjoyable.

This is a spacious, modern, comfortable two bedroom condo. The bedrooms are upstairs. It was quiet and very comfortable, especially the beds which were SO comfy! The second shower stall is small and was challenging for my brother to use if he was washing his hair, but the tub/shower combo is there as well. The kitchen is really well equipped for a rental, and we appreciated the secure underground parking very much.
