Country Cottage Hideaway near Lynchburg

Newly remodeled Farmhouse on a working goat farm. The rental does not include access to the Barn or farm land. Visiting Lynchburg? This is the perfect place to unplug and enjoy quiet country living. The property is tucked into a secluded country hollow and does not have any visible neighbors. Includes a large porch with a swing. Located 7 miles from Jack Daniel's and Downtown Lynchburg Tennessee.
Cottage is located on 17 acre goat farm. It has all the charm of country living. Enjoy a glass of wine or sweet tea in the porch swing while watching the kids chase lightening bugs in the yard or enjoy a good book snuggled in front of the fireplace on those chilly nights. The area is rural.
Cottage is located outside Lynchburg Tennessee. Close proximity to Bell Buckle Tennessee, Bonnaroo, Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration, Tims Ford Lake, and George Dickel Distillery. Close enough to visit Nashville or Huntsville Alabama.
Please do not disturb the working goat farm. Help yourself to the fresh eggs that are kept in the refrigerator when available.
No work crews please. The cottage is designed for vacationing residents. **Note: Aphids (ladybugs) are invasive this year so you may see them inside the cottage. They are harmless, but we are constantly having to vacuum them in order to remove them. Exterminator cannot do much when it comes to flying insect.

Very nice and clean. Quiet and secluded. Perfect place to relax and reflect. Short drive to JD distillery and Lynchburg town square. Perfect five star stay.

Excellent location for a quiet, private weekend. Bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed watching the goats on attached farm. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away for peace and quiet.

This was one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed at. The serenity and seclusion was exactly what we needed. Tis home had so many things to offer. We definitely plan to stay again next time with our children.

Cozy and Quiet

Very clean accommodations, it's out of town so its very quiet and peaceful. The dogs with the goats were very friendly, had everything we needed inside for our short visot to Tennessee, I would definitely rent from them again 😁

Fabulous location, lovely house, great place

The house had everything we needed we needed including the peace and quiet. It was lovely to sit on the veranda and watch the wild life.

Peaceful Country Cottage

My wife and I stayed here for one night, after we visited the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The cottage was even better in person. It was quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to other friends interested in the same trip.

It felt like the little cottage in the woods. So private and peaceful. I loved cooking in the kitchen. Everything there was so organized and the quality of the kitchen ware was a joy to use and prepare meals for gathering my son and grandkids who live up the road. The washer and drier along with cleaning supplies were accessable to keep the house up through the week. We loved the wrap around porch. Rain was welcome when you can sit out there in the storm and be comfortable. I especially want to thank the hostess for allowing our dog to be with us. Louie absolutely loved his vacation too. I found a jewel of a place in the woods and will definately be looking forward to another stay when I visit my family again.

Didn’t stay very long just an overnight rest on our drive from Florida to Wisconsin… perfect, quiet, and peaceful! Would definitely consider this for future trips!
