Thank you for your feedback. We strongly disagree that the property is misrepresented. The home’s size, layout, furnishings, and amenities are clearly shown in the listing before booking. It is also important to note that no cleanliness or maintenance concerns were reported to us during the stay, including the pool or outdoor furniture, so our team was given no opportunity to inspect or address them at the time. We stand firmly behind the accuracy of the listing and the condition of the property.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad you and your family enjoyed the property and that our team was able to assist promptly. We appreciate you bringing the pest concerns to our attention, and we've shared them with our pest control team for appropriate action. We're happy you had a great stay overall and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns involving mold and air quality very seriously. Once the issue was reported, our team took the appropriate steps to verify the concern and relocate your group to another property. The affected areas have since been professionally inspected and addressed. While verification and relocation required some coordination, the matter was not ignored, and we acted to provide a solution as quickly as possible. We stand behind the actions taken and want to assure future guests that the reported issue has since been resolved.

Thank you for sharing your experience Thomas! We're thrilled to hear the home worked perfectly for your Thanksgiving gathering, and that the fenced yard was a hit with your pups. So glad the kitchen had what you needed for the holiday meal, and that the location made everything convenient. We'd love to welcome you back anytime—thanks again!
