You can ride either ATVs or snowmobiles, depending on the season, directly from our vacation home onto the hundreds of miles of intersecting trails traversing this pristine natural wonderland that includes Island Park, ID and West Yellowstone, MT.

Was wonderful! Stayed at this beautiful home with 3 families. Had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Was close enough to the west Yellowstone entrance for us. We enjoyed the west Yellowstone rodeo (18 minutes away), eagle ridge horseback riding (20 minutes away) and lakeside lodge (16 minutes away) where we rented paddle boards and kayaks and played in the lake. Kitchen was stocked with tons of dishes and kitchen appliances. We did not lack for anything we needed. The little store next to the house has plenty of groceries if you are worried about getting groceries before you go. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and comfortable

We stayed while visiting Yellowstone with our adult children and grandchildren. The place is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to hang out and everything we needed to cook meals.

Property was affordable and appliances all worked but the interior was poorly maintained. No AC but the weather was cool enough that it was not too much of a problem while we were there in mid June.

We had a great time

The location is very convenient - maybe 25 minute from West Yellowstone. There is a grocery store right at the front of the neighborhood. Checking in and out was easy. The house may be a little more dated than the pictures but it was very comfortable (the kitchen is better stocked with equipment than other vrbo’s we’ve been to) and we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!

Vacationing around Yellowstone

The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. The property perfect for our needs, having everything we needed. The house xould have been cleaner in kitchen area, like walls and sink area. Needs some good maintenance attention

Nice but not very clean

The house was nice but not very clean and was in need of repairs. I had to call the renter and have the screen replaced in the master bedroom And my Daughter's bed had bugs in it we had to wash all the bedding

Comfortable and filled our needs

Bill, the property owner was very helpful with driving information as a GPS is not always accurate for some areas. Also we couldn't turn one shower on, he called him and he came over and fixed the problem within minutes. This is a great 5 bedroom VRBO and that is what we needed.

Great stay for a great price

This property was the first time we've rented a house instead of multiple hotel rooms for a party of 8. It gave us a chance to interact with each other that multiple rooms can't. We'll do this again. Good experience

New Years at Island Park

House was as advertised, and warm and cozy for our stay. We enjoyed being close to the amenities at Island Park Village, and used the clubhouse as we own weeks at the resort. This house was big enough for our group of 12, and we really enjoyed our time together. Could definitely have used more snow, as trails got pretty rough after a few days with limited grooming. The couches were very comfortable and got lots of use by kids and adults. The kitchen is well outfitted with things to use for cooking and for baking if you had a mind to. It's close enough to the store so that if you needed something you forgot, it was pretty handy.

Multiple Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. We stayed with my family of 4 and another family of 3. We also had dogs. There was plenty of space for everyone. We also really appreciated one of the rooms had a sofa with a pull-out couch. My kiddos are younger, and were a little nervous about staying alone in a new home. We were able to just pull the bed out on the couch for them in our room and their stay was great. We really appreciated being able to bring pets. The males in the family were really excited about the heated garage, and it would be perfect for a snowmobiling stay. There were 3 bathrooms with a shower or shower bath and that was awesome. The bathrooms were very clean. The supplies were well stocked. We also really appreciated the fire pit in the backyard. The facility is not pristinely updated, but the carpet and flooring looked new. It was great to have a huge table for everyone to eat at. The living room area also had plenty of sitting space. My only complaint that seems to be a recurring theme is those darn hard floors desperately needed to be cleaned. I wound up sweeping all the hard floors and washing the kitchen floor by hand. There were also various spills that were evident on the walls, and I wiped quite a few off the walls and floor. Because I'm me and it was bugging me. But the carpets were very clean and looked freshly vacuumed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return or recommend it.

Yellowstone and Teton Adventure

The property comfortably held our eight member extended family with a new grocery store at the main highway. We were conveniently located a 20 minute drive from West Yellowstone. The location was also conveniently located within 45 minutes of our whitewater rafting company in Big Sky and 30 minutes from horseback riding in Harriman State Park. The kids returned to Jenny Lake in Grand Teton NP to swim on a day trip. We'd book the facility again.

Family home close to Yellowstone

This home is so large, and fit our family of 5 well, with 1 bedroom to spare. It's basically as close as you can get to Yellowstone - about 25 minutes to the West entrance. I agree with others that it could use a deep cleaning, especially the floors, but I'm sure it's hard to keep the floors clean there. Our dog coming in and out certainly didn't help.

Great place to stay

We were a family of ten visiting Yellowstone. The location was great for quick access to Yellowstone. The house had all the amenities we needed for 3 night stay. There was even a high chair and travel crib for our 10 month old. I reviewed cleanliness a little low as it might have been a few guests since the floors were mopped as our baby ended up with dirty legs and hands from crawling on the floor. Over all the place was amazing. Definitly recommend.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and clean. This place is in need of some TLC but provided us a comfortable and manageable environment. Since there is no A/C it would be nice if windows and sliding door had screens, many screens missing. Bill was quick to respond and a very enjoyable person.
