Great place to stay if you like to golf. Also very close to UTV rentals and trails. Along with other amenities in that area.

When we got there the main bathroom tub water did not work. Bill took care of it right away. The location was great for the Yellowstone west location

It does need to have a deep clean. When we arrived dust was thick on window sills, deck entryway rug needed to be vacuumed, looked like baby food on the wall by the highchair, fire alarm in large downstairs bedroom was going off when we arrived (needed new battery), downstairs bathroom around hot water heater was extremely dusty and standing dirt. If you have a cleaning person, it did not look like it had been done recently. You have a nice facility, the only question was cleanliness. Nice array of supplies. Beds had been changed and fresh towels put out. Thank you for allowing us to stay, and would stay again if cleaned properly, not just a refresh linens. Don Wyckoff

Great location to access snowmobile trails. Plenty of space for our group of 8 to spread out.

Pros: Number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our group. We also appreciated that the property was pet friendly. Communication prior to arrival with the host was excellent. Location was good and easy to find.Cons: The property looks a bit unkempt from the outside and the front steps were not in the best of shape. The property is very dated and could be much cleaner. There was not enough cutlery for our large group and kitchen items are older and have seen a lot of use. The pictures show a nice outdoor dining set but it was thrown/trashed underneath the deck so we weren’t able to enjoy the wonderful Island Park outdoors.

Great location on the golf course with easy access to anything you need. Older split level with creaky floors, small kitchen, few electrical outlets, and plumbing that causes the temperature to fluctuate in the upstairs showers. This explains the lower price, so you do get what you pay for. Host was great to work with and helped get us another night when our plans had to change at the last minute. The kids loved the air hockey table in the garage! There is no room to park in the garage, however, like the listing said there was.

Great for a Family Yellowstone trip

Property was great for our family trip to Yellowstone. Quite close to West Yellowstone (<20 minutes) and right on the golf course :)

Clean and comfortable

We stayed while visiting Yellowstone with our adult children and grandchildren. The place is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to hang out and everything we needed to cook meals.

Great time

It was so smooth and easy to get into the house. Everything was cleaned and was ready for us. We loved the location and the privacy we had. It worked out great for our family trip.
