Great location and value in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Well appointed and comfortable ground floor unit in a 4 plex in an ideal location in Uptown with direct access to the Katy Trail.
A comfortable unit that can accommodate up to 6 guests (1 king bed, 1 queen bed + quality queen air mattress for extra guests). Equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, 1 assigned parking space (plenty of free street parking available too), private patio space for relaxing and all the necessary amenities provided for a pleasant stay in Dallas.

Dallas trip

This place was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay. We came for a cheer comp for my daughters and it was very convenient to all we needed to get to. Loved the access to the nature trail out back as well!

Quaint, quiet stay by Katy Trail

A clean and cozy spot in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Place felt very private but not isolated.

Fantastic location

Wonderful place. Close to fantastic food and Dallas area activities. Katy Trail access and off street parking a plus. Home was super clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms perfect. Tiny kitchen not the best for cooking. Enjoyed our stay!!

Great property I loved the interior and great decor and ample supplies. There was totally anything I might need for my stay, even a choice of coffee pots! The outdoor space could use some cleaning up and improvement

Perfect

The apartment is on a quiet street and nicely positioned between Oak Lawn and downtown. The apartment itself was super clean, is well-appointed, and has a great floor plan.

Excellent location to SMU

This property was perfect for my family as we moved my son in to SMU. Area great for walking. Backs up to a walking and bike trail. Wonderful restaurants driving or walking distance. Property managers were responsive when we could not get in initially. I would stay here again.

Holiday Visiting family

This property is very nice and great location. We have two dogs and having the Katy Trail at our back door was Awesome. When we encountered a problem, the property manager responded immediately and attended to the situation. We would definitely rent this unit again! Thank you!

A little rough at first, but made right!

When we arrived the A/C was not functioning, but it was fixed shortly. There are 2 real beds and an air mattress.

Very clean and well appointed, but ...

The place was immaculate and the beds were comfortable but there was no deadbolt on the front door, the side door or the sliding door. I didn't feel very safe. Also, as this is a first floor apartment in the back of the building (facing the parking lot) we couldn't raise the curtains.There was no safe, so we couldn't leave our passports or jewelry in the apartment and had to take them with us every day.There wasn't a bath stopper so baths weren't possible either.On the plus side, there was coffee (for which we were grateful) and lots of dishes and towels. I think with a few additions - like deadbolts and a bit of security - this would be a much more safer place to stay.

This was a great place in a great location. It was nice to walk out the back door and walk on the Katy trail. The place was clean and the amenities were great. We really enjoyed our stay!
