This Two-Bedroom Resort condo provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation or business trip. Enjoy 610 square feet of space and in-room amenities such as a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.

Universal Stay

We had a good stay at Westgate Palace in Orlando. The unit was clean, and we really appreciated the free shuttle to Universal—super convenient! The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax after long park days. A couple of things could be improved: the trash bin was way too small, especially since there's no daily housekeeping, and the TVs in the bedrooms weren’t smart TVs—only the one in the living room was. Overall, a solid option for families or groups visiting the parks.

Wonderful and safe location. Great security. Beautiful unit with very comfortable beds. Furnished well. Our dryer timer did not work properly and would run until you stopped it. The dishwasher leaked a bit. And our never got below 72 degrees. But maintenance was supposed to look at all of those things when we departed. They were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again. The view was amazing. We were on the 15th floor.

Universally fun

Nice unit, nice amenities, nice property, and also nice management. Road construction in the immediate area was a real pain in the butt.

Great place to stay

This unit was perfect for my family of 5. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pullout sofa. Kitchen had all the essentials that we needed. It is definitely updated like the description says. We had a great view of the lake and pool. Elevators were fast as well. Community is also gated. A major bonus was how close we were to Universal Studios. It was about a 7 minute drive. Not far at all. We had a slight mishap where someone had pressed all of the buttons on the elevator causing us to have to stop at every floor however we got off and entered another elevator before enduring that headache all the way down. Shortly after an emergency occurred where we had to evacuate the building. Turns out someone hit the fire alarm. We also had a few knocks at our door but no one was out there each time we looked. We assumed it to be bad kids playing in the hotel. Aside from all of that, we didn’t let that discourage us because we will definitely be back again to check out Westgate resort immensities next time. We were so busy at the parks we didn’t get a chance to fully enjoy WG resort. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Awesome condo

This place was super clean and worked perfectly for my family. I liked the fact that there was 24/7 entrance gate coverage as well. VERY close to Universal.

Fun time at universal

The property was great, and had all the things that a family needed to enjoy the week. It is absolutely not in walking distance to Universal Studios though, so we had to take an Uber back-and-forth. There is one bus that goes to Universal and brings people back in the evening, but that was not conveniently timed for us

Good value. Sad situation unfortunately

Place was great and had good value. Excellent location and clean. Only negative was no electrical outlets near bed and walls were a bit thin. Could hear noisy neighbors consistently. Unfortunately my daughter left behind a blanket my wife made her when she was a baby and management team were unable to locate it. Overall great trip though.

Great Family of 4 rental

My partner is a very picky eater, he prefers to cook his own food and this was absolute best. We ordered instant cart while we visited the parks and groceries where ready when we got to our weekend “home.”

Overall good stay but communication with owner faltered towards the end

We had a pretty good stay. Our only issue is that our flight got canceled at the last minute. We rebooked another flight for the next day and the property was available so that way no problem. We payed for the extra day and that was that. The issue was that the front desk kept harassing us because they couldn’t find our reservation number and they even threatened us with sending security to our room. The owner finally sent us the updated reservation number so that we send that to the front desk. So disappointing end to otherwise good stay.
