With a master bedroom loft complete with a designer bathroom revealing full mountain views and two tastefully decorated bedrooms, this mountain home very comfortably sleeps 7 adults. Plus, a pack 'n play is available for little ones. A full main-level bathroom - featuring pine forest views from the shower - and an additional three-quarter bath will more than accommodate your needs.

To satisfy your culinary desires, this mountain home has a nothing-overlooked, well-appointed kitchen complete with a Silver Series Weber gas grill on the deck... for sizzling that perfect ribeye.

When taking a break from the myriad outdoor activities, you can relax on the Sunsetter® awning shaded deck or settle into the leather-upholstered great room boasting full A-frame window views of the Rocky Mountains. If games are your thing, hang out in the game room and play billiards or just chill and watch a Netflix movie - projected life size with surround sound.

If you are looking to find a little more action, delightful Old Town Ft. Collins is an easy 35 minute drive down the mountain where you can find world-class shopping, enjoy a multitude of restaurants, taverns, theaters and music halls, white water raft the Cache La Poudre River or catch a sporting event at Colorado State University. To the west, Red Feather Lakes Village is a picturesque 15 minute drive further into the mountains featuring more lakes, hiking, sledding, mountain biking, fishing, groceries and a few cozy restaurants.
