It's loaded with features: cozy kitchen, full bath, two bedrooms (outfitted with queen sized beds), dining room, living room and plenty of outdoor space in the private courtyard to enjoy during your stay. Conveniently located adjacent to Whitfield square, you'll be within easy walking district to shopping, dining and tourist attractions. Street parking is plentiful and free in this neighborhood. Two friendly dogs live upstairs December to May

This is a fantastic place to stay in the historic district! Easy parking, v clean, a ton of character, ideal location, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would be delighted to stay again!

Perfect little spot with easy access to Savannah highlights. We stayed for a Labor Day weekend girls’ trip and walked everywhere. It was hot but we enjoyed the sites and sounds. I think we only got in the car once to check out Tybee Island and for a late night pizza run. The unit was cozy and felt very homey and was a great spot to return to every evening after a long hot day.

We loved staying at this property. It was in the historic district between two squares. It was very quiet and private, yet was close to everything Savannah had to offer. Parking was convenient, and the back garden was lovely.

The inside pictures are accurate. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking is easy on the street right at the front door… and bonus … on opposite side of street is a handicapped space. You can sit at your kitchen table or the outside smaller table and see a lush courtyard.

This was the perfect location, on a private street and in walking distance to everything. The back garden is beautiful. Parking on the street was easy. We always found a spot right in front. There is a slight musty smell when you walk in, but that is to be expected in such an old building, and we got used to it immediately.

We (two adults) enjoyed a 4 night stay in April. Parking was very convenient outside the front door. Communication and instructions from hosts were clear and easy to follow. The location is in a beautiful, walkable, historic neighborhood. The interior of the apartment and patio area are clean and tastefully furnished for a comfortable stay. The well equipped kitchen and access to washer and dryer were added bonuses.

Awesome location and fun little home in an amazing part of town. The Veterans Day parade marching just a block down for our visit was the cherry on top.

I checked into several options for this trip, and ultimately picked this one. Boy, I am glad I did. It was sooo nice I almost hated to leave. It is in a beautiful area and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was very cozy and inviting, and well stocked with all the appliances and utensils to cook some nice meals. It even had a kitchen aid mixer . I highly recommend this spot and I will book it again if ever go back. Definitely a hidden gem.

Location was perfect for easy access to Forsyth Park for our morning walk as well as well within walking distance of several restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and were able to park on the curb near the front door for free.

Free street parking was incredibly easy, and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and in a great location close to downtown. The back courtyard was a highlight—really peaceful and a nice place to relax.We didn’t end up needing to contact the host, but they made it clear they were available if anything came up, which was appreciated. The place itself was clean overall. That said, the shower could use a deeper scrub in the grout and corners, and the carpet shows some wear and spotting—nothing gross, just a bit tired.Overall, we had a really good stay. It felt like a solid value, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Location was incredible, place was clean and had everything we needed. Luckily we didn’t need much in the way of communication because the response was slow. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this location to everyone it’s a beautiful spot close to everything you want to see and experience.

We really enjoyed this space. Comfortable, clean, plenty of space with lovely furnishings and art. Very quiet. Free street parking was easy. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.
