It's loaded with features: cozy kitchen, full bath, two bedrooms (outfitted with queen sized beds), dining room, living room and plenty of outdoor space in the private courtyard to enjoy during your stay. Conveniently located adjacent to Whitfield square, you'll be within easy walking district to shopping, dining and tourist attractions. Street parking is plentiful and free in this neighborhood. Holiday weekend

The property exceeded expectations in every way. It was beautifully decorated and more spacious than the photos indicate. The exposed brick was particularly beautiful, as was the lovely outdoor patio area.

Great place, great location!

Lovely stay for our family of 4. Great location - easy walk to River Street, squares, Broughton Street, City Market, and Forsythe. Super safe and quiet part of downtown. Parking was easy and free on the street.Home was clean with comfortable beds and furniture, and had all sorts of thoughtful touches from the owners. And we loved the courtyard and garden! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. :)

Great location in the Quiet Part of Historical Savannah

Such a nice property! Loved the private parking and an easy nice stroll into town and the Historic district. Very roomie with all the amenities you need.

Wonderful stay!

The property was perfect for our family of four’s needs! 10 minute walk to the Main downtown area less than 5 minutes walk to several great restaurants. Be sure to check out Java Burrito for amazing burritos, tacos, and tons of great coffee drinks!

SCAD Summer Session visit

Great apartment close to SCAD. Private parking in the back was very nice. Much better than staying at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Spot!

Absolutely loved our stay in Savannah! The apartment had a cozy, cottage feel to it and we enjoyed having access to the garden courtyard where we could sit and visit with our friends. Hosts were great, beds were comfortable, and everything you needed or wanted to see was in walking distance. As advertised, it was a hidden gem!

Hidden Gem

This truly exceeded our expectations it was close enough for us to walk the historic district. The Kroger was like 2 blocks away. The rental was well equipped for cook meals and the cleanliness was above average. The neighborhood was safe and i fell in love with the courtyard

Far Exceeded Our Expectations!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We make an annual trip to Savannah and this was by far one of our most favorite. We loved the courtyard and the beauty of the neighborhood. We were in walking distance to everything we were interested in and were pleased to have a dog park close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with our “home.” Clean, comfortable and cozy. Because of the weather, we spent a great deal of time indoors and it was a pleasure to do so.

Great place to stay!

Very clean and neat. Well appointed. Everything you need. Secure parking space plus plenty of free street parking. 300 feet to the bus/trolley stop. A few short blocks to the grocery. I would definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway

This is a great location in a unique historic house. The check in was easy. We parked right in front of the door. It was quiet and well supplied. The courtyard in the back was very relaxing at night with the smell of jasmine. The living room was perfectly laid out with a very comfortable couch and place to read on a rainy day. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioner worked well as did the shower. We would highly recommend.

Girlfriends Getaway - Annual Birthday Trip - 3 50somethings

We are three best friends since kindergarten, and celebrate our birthdays each year with a getaway together. This year was Savannah, and we absolutely loved our accommodations. We left walking each morning to find a place for brunch, and made our way to the river and the market. This rental was more charming than pictured, and convenient to everything. The patio was the perfect outdoor space to sit in the evenings. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I would absolutely book this place again!

Great location

Convenient to everything! Beautiful neighborhood. We thought we had off street parking and got a ticket because we couldn’t find parking when our side of the street was swept. Expensive lesson. But we would stay there again. Suggest a tv in the master bedroom!

Beyond Charming

This place is full of charm! I stayed here with my mom, and we had plenty of room. The master bedroom is very spacious. The other room is big enough for the bed and that is it. It is cozy, but I was not in there for anything but sleeping. The bed and pillows are comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. The living room is inviting, a good sized tv and a large couch for lounging. The location is perfect! Easy walkable to many sights. There is a grocery store about 6 blocks away. It is a large store stocked with everything. I had to hike in the morning to find a coffee shop that was open in the morning. It's not hard to wander in this neighborhood, so many cool sights to see along the way. The best thing about this place is the courtyard. The pictures you see are in the back and it is exactly like it looks. The cool lime tree and palm tree makes it feel like....well.....you are on vacation. A perfect place for a cool cocktail or a coffee in the morning. Please book this space, you will not be sorry. It will be part of your vacation story.

We really enjoyed this space. Comfortable, clean, plenty of space with lovely furnishings and art. Very quiet. Free street parking was easy. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect for easy access to Forsyth Park for our morning walk as well as well within walking distance of several restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and were able to park on the curb near the front door for free.
