This ideal Green Bay furnished vacation rental home is located less than 3/4 of a mile from Lambeau Field (Home of the Green Bay Packers), restaurants/bars, grocery/liquor stores and Titletown District. This gorgeous vacation rental home is centered in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with friendly people all around you. In addition, the location is very close to the airport as well as Downtown Green Bay.
This 3 level house includes a spacious basement which contains a washer and dryer for your cleaning needs. In addition, this huge basement contains an old New York Piano, game table and 65" Smart television.
The main floor level contains: Full kitchen, Full bathroom, living room with sleeper futon, sleeper sofa and 65" Smart TV and 2 bedrooms with hard wood floors and at least a 43" Samsung Smart TV in each bedroom which can sleep 4 to 6 people.
In addition, the upper level consists of 3 bedrooms with beds and at least a 43" Samsung Smart TV in each bedroom which can sleep 3 to 6 people. In addition, this floor also has a Full bathroom. Closets and storage areas are available throughout the house.
This beautiful location has a huge backyard with motion detecting security LED flood lights. The backyard also is the home of a variety of birds, rabbits, squirrels and chipmunks which visit and eat on a daily basis. The attached garage can house your vehicle and also has motion detecting flood lights monitored by RING installed at the front driveway.
This location has central air conditioning system and natural gas heater monitored and controlled by NEST.
