Great base of operations for La Paz area

Gorgeous views of the ocean, access to several amenities, rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, a quick drive to the Malecon and closer to beaches outside the city proper.

Loved it!

First Timers at La Paz!

We definitely enjoy all the amenities this property offered. Everyone was very delightful and helpful. We will definitely be visiting back soon and returning to this property again.

La Paz

We were very pleased with our stay in Marlene's condo at Las Colinas. The amenities were amazing and exactly as described in the site. All staff, both property management and resort staff were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Great vacation!

Wonderful place. Wonderful host.

Enjoyed staying up the hill from the main resort. Great views. Everything so easy with the use of the golf cart to get us to the marina area with restaurants and coffee shop. The unit was impeccable. And Marlene was a welcoming host with lots of information ahead of our trip so we could plan our time there.

Paradise

We stayed for 7 days. We love everything about this condo. Marlene provided us a golf cart to ride around the puerto Cortez resort. The golf cart was a big hit with our kids, it was quite thrilling for them!

Access to multiple pools and the view from the patio were the highlights for our group. We really enjoyed the La Paz area and whale shark snorkeling. The condo was a great place to unwind and had room for everyone. Only slight downside would be the kitchen had all the basics but limited utensils and serving bowl type dishware. Marlene was very helpful letting us know about the beach clubs included and even offering us info about golf (which we don’t play so didn’t utilize). We would stay here again!

La Paz Getaway

Marlene's condo, located in the beautiful Las Colinas development was perfect in every way. Close to the Sea of Cortez, the Malecon, restaurants and other tourist sites. The condo was roomy, clean, well decorted and had access to resort amenities. We had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Las Colinas Family Escape

Marlene's townhome is a beautiful home that was a perfect vacation for our family. Each bedroom has it's own air conditioner and the beds are very comfortable. The community pools are very nice. The golf car was a fun bonus that gives you easy access to all the Puerta Cortez facilities. Marlene and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. We definitely plan to go back 😎

Sunset Delight!

The property is stunning, great location for beaches, the Malecon, and resort amenities accessible with the golf cart; nice feature! The new resort owners are placing more restrictions on access by renters which may make some of the features of the resort inaccessible. Overall an outstanding property.

Great time in Las Paz

We really enjoyed our time at Puerta Cortez at Marlene's townhouse. It was close enough to Las Paz to easily grab a cab if we wanted. However, we found the marina area, including the Beach Club, to have pretty much everything we needed. The view was great, beds super comfortable, and in house amenities everything we needed. Access to and use of the golf cart was great, too. Our ages 14-55.

Wonderful

It is place to stay in La Paz. Spectacular views and facilities. It is a very quiet and safe place. The club house is fantastic. 5 minutes from the Malecón by car. We stayed in the pool until 9-10 pm... enjoying the sunset. Unique. You can have dinner by the marina without leaving the complex! We would only book this property if coming back to La Paz.

Excellent Stay

We love La Paz and staying in the Las Colinas area. House was clean, rooms were spacious, air conditioning worked perfectly. We ran out of toilet paper so I texted the property manager and they brought extra within a few hours, which I greatly appreciated. The community pool and the view are stunning! Access to the beach club is a huge plus! Golf cart made travel to the beach club very convenient. Check in was extremely easy and communication was thorough and great! We will absolutely be back.

Perfect family vacation

My family and I enjoyed Marlenes condo very much. My 13 year old and 11 year old had a blast. We stayed for 10 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Use of the golf cart was a huge plus to get around the marina, golf course and down to the beach club. The beach club was beautiful, along with the amazing staff that became friends by the end of the trip. Thank you Daniell and Randy! There’s plenty to do and see within the resort like tennis, kayak, paddle board, golf or just relax down at the beach with beautiful views and sunsets. Downtown was a 5 min cab ride. La Paz is such a wonderful town and the people are amazing. We plan on coming back and hopefully stay in Marlene’s condo.

Perfection

This place is a little slice of heaven. The place itself has beautiful views. The property has everything you could want. It is pure luxury with exceptional service. The restaurants at the beach clubs and Barco have excellent food. The pools are gorgeous and the beach beautiful. It is about a 15 minute drive into the main part of town and you can get an Uber for 4.50. The resort is also always willing to get you a cab. I had one of the best massages of my life at the spa at Hotel Indigo. And zooming around on the golf cart is so much fun. I cannot recommend Marlene’s place enough- absolute luxurious relaxation. Plus, Marlene is a communicative and helpful host. You will be patting yourself on the back for your trip planning genius if you book this place!

You could not ask for a nicer location…We spent a month and time flew! Beach club, Sunset Lounge, Golf Course and Cardon restaurant…Who could ask for more

Beautiful getaway

Marlene, the property owner, was wonderful! The condo was very clean and comfortable with sweeping ocean views. Having access to the golf cart for the quick ride down to the beach club and restaurants was so fun and a highlight for our kids. The nearby sushi restaurant was delicious! La Paz 2022 ♥️🥰 at Puerta Cortez Las Colinas

The property was amazing and clean. The owner Marlene was/is such a wonderful person and always available for any questions or concerns. The location of the property is absolutely a paradise!!!!! We come every year to Puerta Cortez, their staff is always friendly and courteous! Their hospitality is amazing! Thank you Marlene and Puerta Cortez!

La Paz family trip 2021

Loved it all, house was everything the owner describes. Views, space, accessibility, security, and best of all tranquility. We had a very beautiful trip and we can’t wait to go back. Hopefully we book the same property on our next visit.

Beautiful and comfortable Town House. Spectacular views!!!

Spacious house, beautiful natural light, comfortable and well furnished and serviced. Very nice Host, responsive and accomodating. Marvelous and resourceful assistance from the administrative staff The property is well taken care of, secure, has comfortable furniture, clean linens and well equiped kitchen. The houses have a beautiful infinity pool and a magnificent gulf course arround it. The gulf cart is a wonderful plus to get arround and visit the marina, the delicious restaurants and neat beach club, the white fine sand and calm sea make it wonderful for a kayak or paddle board trip. There are tennis courts, ping pong and little football for kids to have fun and make friends.

Our Home Away From Home

This is the second time we have rented this condo. It is on one of the best locations in beautiful La Paz, overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the incredible sunsets. The restaurants at the resort are some of the best in town. Having a golf cart to use was extremely convenient to get to the main part of the resort. The beds were very comfortable. The management staff were very pleasant to work with and responded quickly to our calls, the few times we needed to call them. The interior could use a fresh coat of paint and maybe a picture over the tv and decoration in the courtyard to make it more homey. Due to the Coronavirus and US travel restrictions, we found it necessary to leave Mexico two weeks before our scheduled departure from the condo. We were very sad to leave, but the property managers were very supportive and offered assistance if there were any travel difficulties. We are already in the process of booking next year’s trip to La Paz.
