Forever Sunshine is the ideal location for your next beach vacation! Equipped with a pool and indoor elevator, this newer constructed three-story home was designed to maximize your vacation. Only four houses to the sand, no crossing A1A!

When you enter the home, you will find a private guest suite on ground level with queen sized pullout sofa, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, full bathroom and easy pool and patio access.

On the second floor, you have three bedrooms and two huge porches. The large master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom and a king-sized bed. The second bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each of these bedrooms has its own flat screen TV as well as easy access out to the covered patios off the front and back side of the home.

As you venture up to the top level of the home, you will be pleased to find a beautiful open floor plan living space with high ceilings, beautiful coastal decor, a large flat panel TV, high speed internet, and amazing views. The third floor also contains a guest bedroom with a trundle bed that can either sleep two people separately or accommodate as a king-sized bed and full bathroom, as well as two more covered decks off the front and back of the home.

The outdoor living spaces in this home are amazing with propane grill, swimming pool and plentiful outdoor seating to enjoy the gorgeous views. And just when you think you've seen it all, there's one more flight of stairs! This stairway to the sky brings you to the rooftop deck which has some of the best ocean views in all of St. Augustine Beach!!

This gorgeous home, in the heart of St. Augustine beach, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops, is only about a 5–10-minute drive away from historical downtown St. Augustine. It doesn't get much better than that!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
