Our house is located in the heart of San Diego’s North Park neighborhood. With trendy hangouts, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants on every corner. Mere minutes from Balboa Park, Ocean Beach, Downtown, Little Italy, Hillcrest and much more.

NorthPark is the hub for trendy nightlife in San Diego.Just a few blocks away there are several breweries, restaurants and coffee shops all you need to make your stay more pleasant. We have recently upgraded the house to central Air and Heat! We also have a designated parking space in our driveway, a gem 💎 for this area.
If your don't have a vehicle you are only a few minutes uber/lyft from all you want to see in San Diego.
5 minutes to shopping in Mission Valley,
7 minutes to Balboa Park, Museums and The famous SD Zoo.
10 Minutes to Hillcrest, SDSU,
15 min from Petco park, Convention center and Gaslam quarter.
20 min from Coronado Island, The beaches, (pacific Beach, Ocean Beach) Belmont park, Sea world and Sports arena.

This home is walking distance to some delicious coffee and food places. Clean, Provides all the necessities for cooking. Also loved that there are plenty of floor fans and blankets to use! Overall, it was a great stay and would love to book this place again.

We have booked numerous VRBO vacation homes; this had to be one of the best! Extremely clean, easy to use front door locking system and a driveway for off street parking. The location of the home was in a nice urban neighborhood and within walking distance to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. In the home, there were so many little extras..keurig with several k-cups, good size TV, easy to use heat and air system, washer and dryer, and a bathroom big enough for two people to use. This VRBO was a super find. We are already planning on booking for next year!

My daughter and I stayed for a week because we were attending a family event. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to many restaurants, a grocery store, and bars. The host was perfect with communication. There was coffee and cream available and a lot of spices. The outdoor space was very nice.

This Charming Cottage is the absolute best. It has everything one could need, is super comfortable and in the perfect location. The host made this place well appointed so you feel like you’re at home and not in a barren space. I cannot wait to return.

The property is cute and was in a great location to walk to a brewery, coffee shops, a few great restaurants and An’s Laundry for Ice Cream. Also a good location for using Lyft to get to Petco, Balboa Park and the zoo. The home had a good amount of books, games, spices, etc and enough space for our family of 4 with 1 kiddo on the pullout couch. The property was not cleaned well though which was disappointing. Unwrapped granola bar behind the couch, dusty surfaces and grime on the floors made it hard to fully relax. Bathroom was very clean though! We would stay here again if the property were cleaned more thoroughly.

Ismael was an excellent host and we LOVED his home! Tons of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and a fun neighborhood to hang out in. We highly recommend it and plan on returning.

Great home

We enjoyed our stay at this home in North Park. The location was great, walkable to numerous breweries, food, Senior Mangos and Ans Laundrymat. Loved it had parking and it was close to everything we planned on doing in San Diego.
