Our house is located in the heart of San Diego’s North Park neighborhood. With trendy hangouts, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants on every corner. Mere minutes from Balboa Park, Ocean Beach, Downtown, Little Italy, Hillcrest and much more.

NorthPark is the hub for trendy nightlife in San Diego.Just a few blocks away there are several breweries, restaurants and coffee shops all you need to make your stay more pleasant.
If your don't have a vehicle you are only a few minutes uber/lyft from all you want to see in San Diego.
5 minutes to shopping in Mission Valley,
7 minutes to Balboa Park, Museums and The famous SD Zoo.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Most essentials were provided, good parking, beds were very comfortable, walkable to lots of cafes, bars, shops. We felt very secure there.

A Happy Re-Visit

We returned to this comfy North Park bungalow for a family event and found it just as great as on our first visit. Really well-equipped, very responsive host, all good! The neighborhood is terrific too -- low key, but full of interesting brew pubs and restaurants and an easy drive to San Diego's many attractions.

Don’t hesitate to stay here!

My two sons and I had a great stay while in town for a wedding/vacation. Communication with Ismael was an A+. We had one small issue with the shower that he responded to right away and didn’t interrupt our visit at all. House is small but was absolutely fine for the three of us. I missed in the listing that there was no dishwasher but we didn’t eat in much so it was not a big deal. There is no air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms, however I left the bedroom doors open and some windows open and was absolutely fine. The other A/C units are quite loud but cool the rooms quickly so we hardly had to run them. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Washer and dryer in the garage worked great and was easy to get in from a side door. The outdoor patio is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Was great sitting there for coffee and relaxing. Bathroom was plenty big enough for all of our toiletries. The shower/bath is up a tiled step. It was fine for us but I imagine it would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. The parking was a huge bonus as street parking would have been a challenge. Great area; walkable to so many restaurants, grocery, etc. Lots of people walking around. We felt safe in and out of the house. Also easy access to major roads and other neighborhoods. I would absolutely stay in this house again and would rent again from Ismael in a second.

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect spot for us! Lots of issues getting there on this busy Marathon weekend but the location proved to be the best choice we made! My son ran and the run route was a street up from us. We were able to walk to everything you could possibly need. The house itself was small but the description was spot on, very charming and perfect for 3-5 people. The host was responsive immediately to all messages. Definitely would recommend.

Great Stay

The home was very well Stocked and clean. The size was perfect for the six guests that stayed, including two young children. It was a perfect location within walking distance of numerous grocery stores and restaurants. The Private outdoor area was fantastic for eating and hanging out. Would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Summer Trip to San Diego

Me and my friend chose to take a 9 day trip to san diego to meet up with some friends. The check in process was easy, clean property and clean linens. It was close to alot but tucked away so it was still a quiet neighborhood at night. Ismael was super helpful, even when we had to inconvenience him on one part of the trip, I never felt anything short of complete patience. Will definitely visit again!

Location location location!!!!

Cute vintage home in ideal location, North Park. Easy check-in, appreciated the restaurant suggestions, loved that we could walk to breweries and restaurants and easy drive to Balboa Park and the bay.

Great Eclectic Neighborhood

Property was definitely as described, ease of access to grocery and restaurants. Dog walker neighbors were friendly. Property Mgr was very helpful with recommendations.

wonderful locale for exploring the city

Nice place to be a home base for exploring San Diego. North Park is a good area with lots of neat little places to eat. Rooms had lots of windows for light and airflow. We were fortunate that we didn't need to use the A/C at all with all the ceiling fans and breezes coming in. Nice little side amenity area to recharge before more exploring.

Nicely situated in North Park

The property is exactly as presented/described in the listing. Nicely situated in North Park with bars, restaurants & shops in easy walking distance. The parking space really helps. Ismael allowed us to check in a bit early (thanks!) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return next time we visit friends in San Diego.

Great stay in North Park

We had a great stay at this sweet home in North Park. Close to wonderful restaurants and all San Diego's major attractions, Ismael's place was clean and comfortable, and he was a very attentive host. Having parking was a huge plus! Would highly recommend!

Cute and clean little house

I stayed here with my hubby and our two small kiddos. We wanted a place with a driveway so that we didn’t have to worry about finding street parking, so this property was perfect. It was clean and charming and perfectly convenient for our family. I would definitely recommend it:)

Quiet Neighborhood

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and house is cute. Parking space appreciated! Kitchen had everything we needed and patio was charming. We would definitely stay again!

Great for a weekend getaway

A friend and I stayed here for her birthday weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see. Beds are super comfortable and the house remained nice and cool throughout our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet at night as well. This was a great place to stay!

We did a girls trip. The house was perfect. It was clean , beds were great and we loved the fact that we had parking. Your guest must try Ann's dry clean on Adam's Ave for the best Ice Cream and Gelato . We will see you again next year we making this our annual trip.

Great find!

Nice house in North Park, close to several coffee shops and pubs and taco places. We had an unprecedented heat wave during our stay so it was quite hot and the AC unit in the living room could have been better. Also, watch out for the apron when pulling into the parking spot. Highly recommend to book!
