Our dogs loved the backyard and it was just a short walk to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway.

Nice house close to the beach

Excellent backyard. Close to the beach, I would recommend for anyone visiting Ormond looking for a family friendly beach location.

Great time

Had a blast for bike week had great places to eat an right by the ocean couldn’t ask for more. Everything right there and the fenced in years was perfect for the dogs

Family beach stay

Had a great experience here. Very walkable to both the beach and river, which we visited every day. The house and backyard were great for what we needed - awesome for grilling and hanging out. Very comfortable inside as well and quite at night. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Bliss near the Beach!

Easy reservation. Easy life. Easy getting to: river, ocean, golf, manatees, and food/pharmacy. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful outdoor area!

Really enjoyed this property. It is updated, clean, supplied very well, and the outdoor area is so inviting. It was private and quiet. We spent lots of time sitting and enjoying the backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Getaway

This house was very comfortable, & casual for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked, nice appliances, comfortable sleeping arrangements, exquisite fenced in backyard with a sound system, just an all around comfortable beach vacation.

Thanksgiving 2024

Very nice home to stay in. Close to restaurants and bars. Short walk to a beautiful beach. We love the area. Dogs loved the fenced in yard. Highly recommend this property. Nice quiet street.

Family Spring Break

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Ormand Beach. The property was perfect for us - we spent most of our time in the fenced backyard, playing cornhole and listening to music while our dogs were able to run around. The weather was beautiful and the property was stocked with fun things to do.

Comfortable

The rental was comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. Beds were comfortable and that is a huge plus, stayed in many rentals where bed has not been comfy, so was overjoyed to be able to sleep great! The kids and the pets loved the yards. Would definitely stay again!

Better than home

Clean, well stocked, and wonderfully decorated home. Stayed here twice now and plan to stay again next year. Property manager is polite and easy to communicate with.

Excellent Property!

We loved our stay at this house. It is conveniently located, plenty of room, well equipped, super clean, great backyard, and Chris is a superb host. Truly attentive and quick with responses. Highly recommend this house!

Perfect getaway with Dogs

This is a great property, literally has everything you need and want. Chris was a amazing host and very prompt to respond to my questions. The neighbor is very quite. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great Vacation Home

The house is adorable, and the property is very clean, with great decor and furniture. I loved the welcoming gift of wine, chocolates and cookies. The backyard was very relaxing with music. Nice area close to a lot of things to do. 100% Satisfied

Wonderful

We’ve stayed here several times and we always love staying here. The house is the perfect layout for a family. The beach is a quick bike ride or walk away. The house has bikes, beach chairs and everything you will need. The backyard is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Amazing Yard!!

We loved the variety of seating areas in the back yard!! The very cute house is located right between the ocean and the river. Great for catching both sunrise and sunset! And, the owners have provided supplies to enjoy both (kayaks, bikes, beach chairs/mats). Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

Great little house, just a short walk to beach. Super clean, and fully equipped. The backyard is amazing. It was our first experience with a vacation rental and everything went seamlessly. Chris is a great host quick to respond to any question. We look forward to returning the next time we visit Ormond Beach.
