Delightful apartment on the gulf of Levanto with sea view

Nice two-room apartment, equipped with 6 beds, consisting of bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, living room with two-seater sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The house is on the hill 800 m from the sea and has a numbered parking space.

The habitable balcony enjoys a splendid view of the gulf.

The prices per week are inclusive of management costs and final cleaning.

Bed linen and towels is included.

Due to its position, the house is quiet and allows you to enjoy the splendid Mediterranean environment in which it is immersed.

From Levanto, in addition to being the ideal place to stay on the beach, you can make splendid trips on foot on the paths between the Cinque Terre. These excursions can be made starting directly on foot from Levanto or through the comfortable train that leaves from the Levanto railway station.

Also recommended are the daily boat trips that leave from Levanto and touch the five lands to the "Gulf of poets" (La Spezia).

Beautiful view and nice apartment

Magnificent view from the terrace and nice apartment with everything we needed. The check-in and -out was super easy and Roberto gave us valuable tips on what to see and where to eat.

Beautiful views

Wonderful time at Roberto’s place. The views of Lavanto were amazing. He was very helpful and tried to make our stay something we wouldn’t forget.

Fantastic!

We had a great two night stay at Roberto’s place. Communication was excellent. We arrived early and Roberto made sure we were able to find the place and get in. The unit had everything we needed. The view is spectacular, specially after dark. Levanto is the perfect place to visit Cinque Terre.

Beautiful view but isolated from town, need car/taxi

Nice scenic views of the ocean and Levanto from the apartment's outside porch, good if you’re going to lounge in the apartment for a few days. Windows have screens, which is rare in Europe. But it’s isolated from the town up a steep hill. No microwave, no clothes dryer. Not convenient if you don't have a car. Walking up the steep hill to the apartment 1 km is difficult. You probably won't make it up unless you can run 5 miles. Italy basically doesn’t allow Uber, so you have to call a taxi. After the taxi drops you off, there are still about 1 flight of stairs outside to get to the entrance door. Walking downhill from the apartment to town is possible if you don’t have luggage and are in average condition. However if you take the steps to shorten the distance, instead of the narrow winding road, many of the steps have uneven rocks so you have to be careful not to twist your ankle or hip. Thank goodness, there are 2 taxi companies in town, Edoardo and Mirko. Edoardo could not pick us up the day we arrived, so we used Mirko the whole time during our 3 night stay. Mirko’s company was good, spoke enough English, only took about 15 minutes to arrive, and came right on time when we scheduled the day before for our early morning trip to the train station. They have more than one white Mercedes van with a Taxi sign on top (we saw at least 2). There’s a sign in the taxi that says Levanto minimum taxi fare is 10 Euros; it cost 15 Euros to our location out of town and up
Mirko's taxi you will need to get to Valle Santa if you don't have your own car.

Trés jolie vue

Un endroit reposant, aprés la viste des villages des 5 terres ou il y a trop de monde à mon gout. Heureusement l'appartement permet de se ressourcer.

Parfait

Un logement très propre, fonctionnel et au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Très bon contact avec Roberto. Voiture indispensable ou pour bon marcheur car la route est très pentue. Pour information le lit superposé n'est pas sécurisé et ne convient pas aux enfants. Je recommande.

Appartement calme, propre et fonctionnel

Appartement calme, en dehors de la ville, avec vue sur la mer. Bien équipé et fonctionnel. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la gare car l'appartement est sur les hauteurs.

Très bel emplacement.

Location très fonctionnelle et d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Belle terrasse avec une vue splendide sur Levanto. Nous avons visité les Cinque terre sans utiliser la voiture. Ce séjour à vraiment été très agréable. Bravo à Roméo et Giulietta.
