Description of the apartment:

Suite Room: Air Conditioning, King Size Bed, Wardrobe, Safety Deposit Box and 22 ”LED TV.
Living Room: Spacious Room with Air Conditioning, 32 ”LED TV, DVD Player, Hi-Fi System, 2 Sofas (1 of them makes double bed) and Table w / 4 Chairs.
Bathrooms: Two complete with hair dryer (in suite).
Separate Kitchen: With Washing Machine & Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Induction Cooker, Extractor, Oven, Microwave, 100L Battery Storage, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Magic Wand, Kettle, Ironing Board & all Kitchen Train required. Crockery & Cutlery included as well as Cleaning Supplies (includes Vacuum Cleaner).
Balcony: With clothes rack, storage space and table with 4 chairs.
Swimming Pool: Common Pool located on the 10th floor (elevator to 9th floor).
(1) NOTE: The pool operates from May 1st to September 30th.

This apartment has been completely refurbished so that we can offer quality tourism to our guests. Upon arrival they will have a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift that has one purpose: to make them feel at home. Be welcome.


Booking and Rental Conditions:

* Check in: after 16h00;
* Check out: until 10h00;
* Down payment: 25% upon booking and remaining 75% upon check-in. This 25% must be paid through HomeAway page, paying a Service Fee, so that you can benefit from the Reserve with Confidence Guarantee.
* Mode of payment: Bank transfer or cash;
* If more people are found than those informed when booking the stay may be canceled immediately without refund of the deposit;
* Cleaning: Performed prior to check-in.

* In July and August, reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. The apartment is clean, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Everything is within walking distance and the privacy/security made us worry about one less thing on the trip. We will definitely be staying again, if not here, in one of his other apartments. Great location, great hosts and great apartment!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location was great, just 2 minutes from everything, and the apartment itself was immaculate, with everything you could possibly need.The two brothers were absolutely brilliant. They picked us up from the airport, showed us how everything worked and were so helpful throughout our stay. When we had a minor issue, they had it sorted within hours.We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again!

Our hosts were excellent meeting and greeting and taking the time to take us to apartment and explain all to do with property and private car parking.The apartment was very clean with all the necessary equipment required for a relaxing holiday ,ideally located close to old town square and easily accessible to all entertainment facilities.We would definitely make this our 1st choice for booking our next holiday in Albufeira

Lovely apartment. Everything you need. Perfect location. Lovely roof top pool. Host excellent. He arranged transfer to and from airport. Even waited for us while we struggled for about 2 hours to get through passport control at airport. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect location. Apartment was very well equipped, lovely and clean and spacious. Check in and out were fantastic. Hosts met us on arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment and explained how things worked. Right in the centre just off the square in the old town, but lovely and quiet on an evening. Would definitely recommend and will return

Meet and greet with the owner of the apartment was great!I also rented his garage close by , because it is not easy to find parking.I love Albuferia !!!!!

We had a wonderful experience. Starting with transportation to and from the Faro airport. Hosts were immediately responsive to any communication we had with them. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped with what we needed for cooking at home. It felt like home for the month that we stayed. Perfectly located in Old Town. Close to shopping and restaurants but on a quiet street. Thanks Guilherme and Luis, we will be returning!

Excellent location, wonderful hosts

The condo is very clean and it is a perfect size for two. The location in Old Town made it very convenient to the beaches and made it easy to get around without a vehicle. The hosts were easy to reach and eager to assist us when needed. Thank you for for a great stay!

Guilherme and Luis were there to meet us when we got off the bus in Albufiera. They walked us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked. 5 star checkin. The apartment was spotless, classy and everything is very well organized. It felt like home. Albufeira Old Town Stay

Couldn’t have been better, the 5* reviews are all correct, in fact I think the property exceeded our expectations, was truly a home from home, with all top quality appliances and everything we needed for our stay, the host could not have been more helpful and genuine. Thanks Perfect in location also, a very short walk to everything the old town has to offer, restaurants, bars clubs and night life and if you want a quieter time, everything is adjacent to the apartment. Thanks again for a perfect stay.

Awesome Stay in Old Town Albufeira

You can't beat the location of this lovely, modern and spotlessly clean apartment. It's convenient to everything and a people watchers dream from the first floor balcony. We cannot say enough about the hosts, Guilherme and Luis, they were amazing. From picking us up at Faro Airport to allowing us to have a late check-out, we couldn't have asked for any more. We highly recommend and would definitely return there again.

Visiting Algarve

We stayed at Guilherme Silva‘a place for a month. First of all I second all the positive comments made by the visitors on this site. In Summary: Guilherme’s place is in a perfect spot; close to bus station, shops, restaurants, etc. the place very clean and modern with a great balcony. It also has 2 bathrooms, which is nice.. Guilherme and Louis are amazing commutators and super supportive. All in all, we will definitely stay there again.

Hosts are absolutely first class. The apartment was what made our stay. Great location, everything you need in the apartment. We will be recommending this to family and friends and will be returning next year. Thank you so much to Guiherme and his brother. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport.

Excellent location and well equipped supported by hospitable hosts!

Modern amenities and plenty of space! Great location just off the old town square which gives you great access to everything while avoiding the nighttime party noise. Very close to the bus station and grocery store as well. Just an all around solid setup and location. Roof top pool with an amazing view of Albufeira is a huge bonus! Guilherme and Louis are great hosts and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be in touch for our next Albufeira adventure!

28 Days in Old Town

We found the apartment well-equipped and immaculate. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. Short walk to the beach, the square but away from the bar noise.The 10th floor terrace and pool are a real bonus.Guilherme and Luis were great hosts, very attentive to their guests, the apartment and the building in general. We're happy to have used them for drives to and from Faro airport.We would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple.

Our stay in Albufeira was perfect! Guilherme and Luis picked us up at the train station and took us back when it was time to go home. They were great hosts…they explained everything about the apartment, gave us suggestions of things to do, places to eat and provided us a space in their parking garage for our rental car. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. The location was right in old town Albufeira…in the heart of all the action, yet quiet at night. It was a five minute walk to the beach. We loved it! We will definitely stay here again should we ever return. Highly recommend! Thanks Guilherme and Luis!

Old town Albufeira

This was a great experience from start to finish. We were picked up at the airport and dropped off at the apartment.The brothers explained everything about the apartment before they left. The apartment building was very secure and the balcony had the sun for most of the day.Would recommend this property for a great vacation in the old town.Location was perfect.

5 star all the way!

From the moment we booked this apartment we knew it was a winner. Our host communicated with us, answered our questions and made suggestions. The apartment was in a quiet location, just minutes from the fabulous beach. We had numerous shops and restaurants to choose from too. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equiped with top notch appliances and first class security. Everything was perfect
