Awesome location

We couldn’t be happier. Having 3 Vrbo’s ourselves we are looking for places that make you feel like you want to stay longer and self sufficient. This unit has everything and the owner was amazing, helping us connect with the beach club. Definitely looking forward to staying here again as we come every year.

Excellent location! Better than the other neighboring locations! A+ for sure!

Never been to La Paz, this was the best location compared to the neighboring locations because you could walk to everything without having to golf anywhere! The only time I needed a driver was when I wanted to go into town to do some local shopping. The host was excellent too!

Execellent Place

We are so happy that we found this place. We first visited La Paz last year for the first time and stayed in a hotel, so it was nice to have a place that offered a kitchen and all the amenities you would get from the hotel. Marlene is super attentive and helpful in providing recommendations on places to go and eat at. This condo is right above the coffee shop which offers execellent coffee and good bites. We look forward to booking again next year!

Una estancia maravillosa en La Paz

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cuenta con una terraza amplia, tiene una vista hermosa, es sumamente práctico, está impecable y posee todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estadía maravillosa. En verdad, fui con mis dos hijas a La Paz, y no tuve ningún contratiempo. Los propietarios tuvieron además la gentileza de recibirnos con un regalo de bienvenida. Recomiendo ampliamente el departamento. Nota: Me pareció un poco confuso el anuncio de la propiedad en VRBO, pues éste muestra que la unidad puede albergar a 4 personas y aún así tuve que pagar por una persona extra.

Great property

We loved it! Great place very clean central location so we could still go to La Paz and go to all the beaches but they were so many amenities their pools spas etc. restaurants we love it and will be back

Excellent Location

Condo is very well located, we had a blast. I fully recommend this place for your next trip to La Paz. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation at La Paz

Excellent location if you like to sail. In the heart of costa baja marina, very good restaurants a few steps, el club the Playa very nice. The apartment really nice, and has everything we need for our stay. Marlene welcome us with one bottle of red wine with a welcome card. Very nice touch. Also is very nice to have bottle of water and ice on the fridge. Thank you Marlene. We really enjoyed our stay

Great resort style condo

This condo is a great location, less than 10 minutes by car or shuttle to downtown LaPaz. We were there for a little less than 3 months so the beach club access was great however the pool is not heated, so swimming in January and part of February was not happening and as the sea was still to cool to swim without a wetsuit. The condo is on the 3rd floor above the coffee shop and the excursion store. The coffee shop was great, the excursion store was a bit loud in the early mornings as they get the tours ready to go out fishing and whale swimming which is happening below the bedroom window. The condo has a great views from different rooms. The big terrace is nice to have and you can find shade and sun throughout the day. A few things that can be easily rectified would be a better sofa as the futon was very uncomfortable and the other was the bed, the mattress was way too hard for us although for some that would work. Again if we were renting short term it may not matter as much! LaPaz was an amazing place!

Wonderful condo at the marina

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Marlene was very helpful in providing info as far as transportation, restaurants, etc. It had an amazing view of the marina, and a nice side patio to relax on. The condo manager met us upon arrival and made sure everything was in order. The beach club is beautiful, and everyone is very nice and helpful. I would stay there again if we come back to La Paz in the future.
