Your own calm & cozy guest house in quiet Mount Baker. Private ground-floor apartment with one bedroom , living room with sleeper sofa, large cook's kitchen with eating bar and private bath. Everything is provided except your personal items. Kitchen includes keurig coffee maker and hot water dispenser. Large flat screen TV has Cable and Netflicks plus a DVD and CD player. Wi-fi included. Bedroom features queen size luxe mattress and bedding plus large closet and lots of drawer space. Washer & dryer in unit. Central air and heating included. Bath has walk-in shower. Small patio with bistro table and private entrance.
Great neighborhood for walking, running and biking. Walk to Lake Washington, Colman Park, Jimi Hendrix Museum and park, the I-90 tunnel and bridge and lots more. Two blocks to bus lines. Light rail 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk; 20 minutes to airport and all around Seattle. 3 blocks to restaurants and coffee bar. Ten minute drive to Columbia City, Capitol Hill and International District and 15 minutes to downtown. Hang out in Bradner Park right around the corner, which features great views, lots of pea patch gardens and free concerts from time to time. You won't believe you're right in the middle of the city in peaceful and neighborly Mount Baker.
We live upstairs with our two cats and are available to help with anything you need.

Hosts were very communicative and friendly. It’s a small walk from the nearest transit station but there is a fairly large hill involved.Place was well appointed and I wish we’d been there for more than one night. I’ve definitely saved this listing and the contact info as I would absolutely stay here again.

The space was immaculate and so comfortable. The neighborhood is adorable, and Alex and Harry were so kind and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this space!!

Harry & Alex are excellent hosts, and have created a warm home-away-from home feeling. Everything needed for cooking is available, and lovely cafes are within easy walking distance. Easy parking right outside the bnb, free of charge. A rarity in Seattle!

I stayed for 5 days for a work trip and it was a perfect home away from home. I cooked, watched TV, read, checked emails, and slept soundly. I especially loved the little patio for my morning coffee, hidden behind shrubs and flowers. The hosts are kind and communicative. All in all fabulous!

The hosts were super responsive in terms of our requests such as checking in a bit early and questions. The place was clean and cozy and there were thoughtful notes to make our stay easier. Short drive into town. Walking distance to some restaurants too.

We really enjoyed our stay, a great place in great neighborhood. Our hosts were very accomodating and gave us plenty of ideas to explore throughout the Seattle area. Would definitely stay here again!

Our hosts were so lovely! The guest house was perfect, in a beautiful neighborhood that’s walkable to some great local spots. We especially enjoyed the walk down the street to the community garden. It’s also conveniently close to Seattle University, where we were moving our daughter. We will definitely be staying again!

Great spot in Seattle!

My partner and I were traveling back from Belize heading back to Montana and it was so nice to stay in this clean and comfortable space. Close to some amazing food and a quiet quaint neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great experience staying at Alex and Harry's rental. They were beyond welcoming and accommodating. The property is gorgeous and they are a wealth of knowledge and have some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Stocked with all the essentials for out of towners

Sweet guesthouse in great neighborhood.

Excellent experience, Harry met us upon arrival and had great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The apartment is well stocked, tastefully decorated and has all needed amenities. The neighborhood is quiet. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
