Beautiful paradise

Such a beautiful place . Even more beautiful than pictures. So easy to work with Nicole and she was very accommodating. Extremely friendly I would definitely stay here again. We thought the pool had a hot tub, but it is just the same temperature as the water. But she warmed it for us, so that was really nice. Can't say enough how beautiful the house was. And the pool, just amazing.

Photos didn't do it justice. A lovely villa.

A lovely house and pool. Spacious and A/C bedrooms, we all enjoyed our stay here. Dishwasher and washing machine, pool towels all useful. We had good weather for October Local bakeries and butcher very friendly. Some beautiful walks nearby, some hills . A very peaceful neighbourhood Our only real challenge were the mosquitos which were rife across France this visit. Only problem was the electric gate but we operated manually

Perfect Holiday's

The house is located in a wonderful area, at walking distance to the beach of Portissol, bakery and even to Sanary itself. So, we rarely needed the car during our stay. The house and infrastructure is well maintained and the large kitchen area is state-of-the-art and well equipped. Air condition devices are located at the right places enabling also a restful sleep. The facility team is taking well care of the cleaning and the pool. The pool is surrounded by a green garden building a beautiful frame for breakfast and dinner in front of the house. There is a small park nearby the house, where dogs are also welcome. Was so far the best house we ever booked for summer holidays in that region!

Second stay at the property in Sanary

Easter 2025 was our second stay at this wonderful property, the first was at Easter 2017. The house has received a nice makeover, particularly the kitchen area where we spent most of our time, as the weather was not on our side this year. It is beautiful and welcoming, for lovely meals on the kitchen island or card or board games, before or after.The house, itself, is very spacious and offers spaces for everyone to congregate or isolate, which is nice for a family trip.The house has now fast and reliable internet which is perfect for everybody's devices. The heated pool was very nice as the water is usually still a bit chilly at this period.The house is located in a very quiet part of Sanary, very close to Bandol. The local shops are fantastic and the market is legendary, one of the best outdoor market in France (not to be missed). We are completely in love with Sanary and we will very surely re-book with Nicole, who is a fantastic and accommodating host, who owns a beautiful house. Thank you.

Stylish villa

This is a stylish villa with contents of a high-end specification. Unfortunately, the provided services, included within the price that the customer pays, are substandard and let the villa down. Additionally, the villa was not presented exactly as described. We chose this villa as the listing stated that it had a heated pool / jacuzzi. Unfortunately when we arrived neither was heated. The concierge was informed of the issue on day 1, but the pool was not up to temperature for 8 days of our 13 night stay. The owner informed us, after we complained, that the pool was only heated ‘on demand’, but this information had not been specified in any documentation or correspondence. It appears the owner has since altered the listing to stipulate ’heated pool from October till May’. The listing specifies toilet paper as an 'essential' item, but there was insufficient toilet paper for our stay, and a complete lack of hand cleanser in all bathrooms and sink areas. The downstairs bedroom had not been cleaned to the same standard as the top floor bedrooms. We had to clean these items ourselves before use, which was annoying as we had paid a cleaning fee. It is worth noting that the toilet for the ground floor bedroom is located outside the bedroom. As seasoned renters of villas, our advice is to thoroughly read all previous reviews, and to take before and after photos of any accommodation to reduce the potential for any misunderstanding at the end of a stay.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR A LA VILLA ST.SIMON

Magnifique vacance en Famille dans cette villa très agréable et fonctionelle. L'intérieur est meublé avec goût. Il ne manque rien on se sent comme chez soi. Superbe jardin tropical avec une piscine de très belle dimension sans vis -à -vis. Le quartier est calme et les commerces sont proches. Calme et grand confort, villa exceptionnelle

Des contacts nombreux avant l'arrivée, rassurants. De quoi faire la cuisine à disposition. Des literie confortable. Une propreté irréprochable. Un calme impressionnant dans le secteur de la villa. Piscine, climatisation dans la maison, plancha... Rien à reprocher sincèrement pour cette superbe location ! Si seulement toutes les locations se passaient aussi bien ! Merci encore pour ce séjour.

Lovely home away from home

We enjoyed our stay in Sanary sur Mer immensely. This house has great proximity to Bandol and Sanary, with easy access to the main highway for exploring Provence sites farther afoot. The house is a peaceful oasis – colorfully and elegantly appointed, with beautiful surrounding gardens and a lovely pool area for swimming or just relaxing. Our group of five adults and two small children fit into this house with plenty of room. The first floor space is big enough to accommodate all sorts of family groupings – watching World Cup soccer, building a puzzle on the indoor dining table, a brief bit of working at the desk (printer provided), playing pretend with all the couch pillows. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and prep and has a big enough refrigerator to store market day groceries. We especially enjoyed eating outdoors at the big table under the arbor. The kids liked watching the lizards play tag and listening to the birds. We used the grill several times, though found it difficult to light and challenging to keep at a constant temperature. Madame Dereumaux answered questions quickly and helpfully. She provided a high chair and portable baby bed on request. We enjoyed the bottle of local wine left in the refrigerator, an appreciated greeting after a long day of travel. We recommend this property whole heartedly. It made out time spent in Provence relaxing and homey, like the visit to paradise other guests have described. Five stars!

Superbe villa parfaitement équipée

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa à deux familles avec des enfants. Elle est spacieuse, équipée, meublée et décorée avec goût. Très belles prestations ! Nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus!

La troisième fois en suite

Nous avons passé avec nos trois enfants deux semaines exceptionnelles dans cette maison, la troisième fois en suite. Comme toujours, tout était en très bon état et préparé avec beaucoup de soin et gentillesse. La maison avec les jolies chambres, la piscine et depuis l’année dernière le Whirlpool, tout caché par des palmiers, arbres et buissons, nous a permis de passer nos vacances en tout calme. On reviendra sûrement!

Taumhaus mit kühlem Pool

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus in hochwertiger Ausstattung mit uneinsehbarem Garten und aufmerksamer, aber nicht aufdringllicher Vermieterin (per SMS auf Englisch) und nur französisch-sprechender sehr netten Einweiserin vor Ort, die auch bei Problemen anrufbar ist. Tagsüber plätschert der Whirlpool in das große Schwimmbecken. Das im Pool schwimmende Thermometer zeigte bei einer Außentemperatur von 30 Grad - 22 Grad an, als die Außentemperatur auf 25 Grad fiel nur noch 19 Grad. Zum Schwimmen wars für uns ok, aber nicht zum Drinsitzen und Cocktails-Schlürfen. Das Schwimmbecken war überall ca 1,50 m tief und hatte einen ausschaltbaren Babyalarm. Handtücher, auch für den Pool, waren in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, auch mit den Basics wie Gewürzen, Öl... Das Haus ist nichts für Lauffaule. Zu kleinen Buchten ist es nicht weit, aber schon ein Stück zu laufen. Zum Hafen mit vielen Restaurant-Angeboten ist es gut 2 km weit. Unser Hund war im Haus sehr willkommen. Leider gab es in Laufentfernung keinen Strand, an dem kein Hundeverbot herrschte. Da die Buchten sehr klein sind, ist das auch verständlich. Die Cote d'Azur ist nicht so das Hundparadies wie andere Teile Frankreichs mit größeren Strandabschnitten.

Une tres belle location pour des vacances a Sanary

Sanary est un fantastique lieu de villégiature et la propriété est vraiment fantastique, spacieuse et bien équipé. La seule chose sur laquelle j'émettrais des reserves est la configuration de la salle de séjour avec son téléviseur dans un espace a l'écart, très peu pratique pour une soiree TV en famille. Pourquoi seulement 2 étoiles alors... Le manque de preparation, la piscine n'était pas entièrement rempli et donc pas très chaud pendant les 2-3 premiers jours, le Spa affiché mais pas fini, le portail electrique défectueux réparé seulement l'avant-veille de notre depart. Pour être complètement honnête, la propriétaire a bien sur consenti une remise quelques jours avant notre arrivée. Difficile de changer ses plans a quelques jours du commencement du séjour quand on vient de très loin. Pour finir, l'après-sejour a été moins sympa, la propriétaire nous reprochant d'avoir rendu la maison sale et nous chargeant donc pour l'extra-nettoyage, nous accusant d'avoir endommager un matelas. Tout cela étant bien sur difficilement discutable, je préfère garder un bon souvenir de ce séjour, qui malgré tout, a été des plus agréable.

Petit paradis

Nous avons passé avec nos trois enfants deux semaines de vacances de rêve dans cette maison, ce qui était un vrais petit paradis. La maison a tout de confort qu'on peut se souhaiter, avec une cuisine moderne, des très jolies chambres et douches et une literie impécable. L'accueil et le support de Virginie était très sympa et le jardinier qui est venu une fois par semaine était très discret et serviable. Le jardin est très joli, avec des palmiers et différentes arbres, buissons et plantes. La piscine était la vraie attraction pour toute la famille, et la propriété est très calme et tout caché des voisins. Un grand merci à tout le monde, on reviendra sûrement!

Traumhafte Ruhe und Entspannung pur

Das schöne Haus liegt absolut ruhig in Beaucours. Der Garten ist mit vielen exotischen Pflanzen angelegt und bietet eine nicht einsehbare Terrasse mit Pool, die von morgens bis abends von der Sonne beschienen wird. Zusätzlich gibt es ausreichend Schattenplätze, falls die Sonne mal zu viel wird. Wir (Zwei Erwachsene und Zwei Kinder) haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Auch das gute Klavier möchten wir hervorheben. Die Nähe zur Bucht von Portissol mit seinen Restaurants, die kurze Entfernung zum Hafen von Sanary mit vielen Cafés und Geschäften und die Möglichkeit eines schönen Spaziergangs zur Cride für wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge - alles in allem ein sehr zu empfehlendes Haus - wir kommen gerne wieder!
