Great location!
Property is in a great location with access to the intercoastal for kayaking and is within biking distance of the beach. It was very clean. Bathrooms were nice and water pressure is good. The sleeping arrangements were great for us and our 3 kids (2 teenagers)
A few things could be spruced up to make the property great. The king bed is not the most comfortable, could use some new pans and beach chairs, but overall a good place to stay.

Convenient location
This home is very affordable for the size. We are a family of 9, 7 kiddos, and hotels are just not a great option for us. The property was as advertised. Owner is great at sending emails and communication. We enjoyed our time in Sarasota. This property is about 10 min from Siesta Key Beach parking lot. It would be quicker, but traffic can be heavy over the bridge to get there. If you like a more intimate beach experience this property is within 30 minutes of several other beaches- Venice, Turtle, Manatee, Lido, etc. It’s also about 20-25 min from the state park. There are several restaurants and shopping within 15 mins. Publix and DoorDash deliver to this home as well (must have for us lol). Parking was easy and neighborhood was quite. There isn’t a pool, but the backyard is large and flat so kids can run around. There is also a fire pit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Vacation
We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The screened in back porch was wonderful as we were out there most of the time. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Nice landlord
The nice landlord's quick responses to problems we experienced can not make up for the number of problems that caused frequent inconveniences we had to tolerate. We had to deal with a number of instances when the toilet overflowed and intermittent electric outages in the bathroom, dining area, even the outside electric fixtures. . The upside was the ideal location and the amount of space.

PERFECT LOCATION
Very clean and a perfect location for visiting Sarasota.
Monika the Property Manager was very attentive to our needs and always available if we had a question.

Lovely home, good price
Newly remodeled home with a well planned layout. Very comfortable for 8 people. 10 people would be comfortable in this home with space for all. Nice residential neighborhood, close to beaches and attractions. Large backyard for kids to play. Monika was very responsive, and caring. Highly recommend.

Very nice rental!
Wonderful place. Everything we needed and lots of extra items too. Highly recommend this rental and very close to siesta key beach.
