This Fairfield Bay, Arkansas Home has gorgeous lake views and is an easy walk to Cool Pool and Tennis Courts. Also Near Marina located on the 40,000-acre Greers Ferry Lake. The house sleeps 7-8 in 3 bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master and queen beds in other bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms is set up family style with a queen bed and trundle twin beds. There is a coffee bar, full kitchen with 2 eating areas and deck with beautiful views.

Fairfield Bay is an outdoor lover’s paradise. A one-of-a-kind recreation destination: Swim and fish the clear water, Play championship golf and Hike Arkansas’ only mountain island trail to spectacular views. I highly recommend this property. It is a beautiful place to stay. It was a quiet retreat with a convenient location. The view of the lake is spectacular. The house provided exactly what we needed as a multi family group.

We stayed for 8 nights. The place was beautiful & my, what a view! I loved the huge windows to see the gorgeous view. We really enjoyed the stay.

A great stay

Our stay was so good. The house was at a great location, the view from the back deck was spectacular. The pool was a huge bonus and we liked being near some restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Fairfield Bay Arkansas. We stayed at Best Lake Views, Walk to Pool, Tennis Pickleball - Enjoy nearby Marina and Trails. It was exactly as advertised. The view from the porch was spectacular. Everything was so nice. Communication with the host was great. She was very friendly. We definitely would stay here again.

The property was perfect for my family plenty of room for 7 of us plus we had family that got to visit and sit on the awesome porch and enjoy the views. Location to the pool was great and we even went bowling which is closeGrocery store was close also We enjoyed our stay and everything was nice in the house and outsideSuch a wonderful relaxing place.

We love everything about visiting Fairfield Bay in the summer! The Condo is just steps away from the pool, which is where most of our time was spent! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful

The place was comfortable, beautiful and as advertised. The hosts were communicative and great to work with. I'd stay again for our next family visit / vaca. We didn't get to enjoy Fairfield Bay activities, so we have to go back sometime soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in Fairfield Bay. The location was incredible with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Our stay was extremely comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We only wish we would have received communication from the owner a little sooner (day of arrival instead of the following day), because it would have been helpful to have particulars about check-in and local recommendations like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. ahead of time. Other than that minor detail, our stay was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house at Fairfield Bay! The views are absolutely stunning! You can see the lake and the beautiful hills from the many windows in the house or go enjoy the view from the front deck. It's a 2 minute walk to tennis, pickleball or the pool. The common area of the house is really large and open - it was great for a family get away. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view

Lovely place to stay. View of the valley was gorgeous. The condo could have used some serving bowls and a better way to use the TV. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Thank you to the Hackneys who are the property owners.

Hiking and ATV trails

The property was handicapped accessible and close to the cool pool and pool cafe. The costs in the area were very reasonable and there was not a huge number of people when compared to the lake areas in Missouri. There are 8-10 hiking trails close by. The predominant sport is with ATV’s and there are ATV trails all over the area and are marked.

Great location in FFB

Great location close to the cool pool. We had a party just around the corner at one of the private homes, so this worked great for us. Condo is well decorated, and cozy. Great spot to stay.

Very convenient to get into property with no stairs. Close to grocery. We were there to visit with family and for a memorial service. Location was very close to where we needed to go. Perfect for what we needed for 4 adults.

Weekend Escape

It was a great weekend of walking, hiking and resting. This was the perfect Cliffside condo. It had everything advertised and then some. We wanted for nothing during our stay.
