Escape to the Mississipppi Gulf Coast!

One bedroom condominium in large complex called Oak Shores. Property is located just North of Highway 90 (Beach Blvd.) and across the street from the Mississippi Sound (beach). Condo is located in 6th building on the right (M) when entering complex. The property will sccomodate a MAXIMUM OF TWO PERSONS. Upscale unit has comfortable queen bed, central air and heat, granite countertops and all appliances (including washer and dryer). Property offers free parking, 2 large swimming pools, workout facility and is walking distance from the beach.

There are many terrific restaurants within walking distance of the condo, including The Reef, Bacchus, Slap Yo Mama's BBQ, Shaggys, Snappers, etc. Entertainment includes the beach, fishing, casinos (Beau Rivage, Hard Rock, Treasure Bay, etc.), golf (The Preserve, Sunkist, Great Southern, etc.), bowling, go cart racing, etc.

Jeeping the Coast

This property was excellent. The one & only request we have is that you put a curtain up on the bedroom window instead of mini blinds. That is the ONLY request we have. We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking with you again in the future.

Floors dirty, blinds very dusty,washer needed to be cleaned. Only two towels for 4 days

Other than lack of cleanliness of property and lack of addition linens the stay was fine

Perfect Location

A quick walk to the beach, dining and drinks along with 2 beautiful pools. The property owner was also very attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Oak Shores

Great location with easy access to beach and main road. Older apartment/condo complex but well maintained and well lit at night. Unit itself could use some updates. Easy check in and out and host was very responsive to questions.

Bang for the Buck

Very nice condo. I was expecting much smaller but it has nice large bedroom, nice open Livingroom from kitchen. No real view of any sort from condo but just short walk across parking lot and you have all the view you need and more. Kenny was very easy to get a hold of, check in process was the best and easiest I have had. Two good size pools, fitness room next to 1st pool was kind of small, machines were dated but it was clean and everything worked. I will be back, thanks Kenny!

I Enjoyed Oak Shores

Condo #154 is decent… it is close to the train tracks, so you hear the trains when they pass. Bed was comfortable but the couches were a bit worn. My only real problem was the condo was not ready at check in time. I wasn’t able to check in until 2 hours past the stated time. The property manager did not initially answer his phone when I called about not having access codes to the gate and front door. He finally answered after a second call and explained that he needed to have the condo cleaned. He thanked me for my patience but did not offer any restitution.

Didn’t get to stay

My husband ended up in the hospital so we were unable to make the trip. We tried to find Family or friends that could use the condo but was unsuccessful. Due to the late date we were denied a refund. Communication with the property manager was good until I asked for the cleaning fee to be refunded since cleaning wouldn’t be necessary and then it was crickets. No reply in 6 days. I just sent the request again.

It was the one and only time I’ve ever used VRBO. The whole thing was a disaster. The place I rented for the weekend. The host didn’t answer a phone call or a text or messages in the app. Never gave me the information to be able to check into the condo. Wouldn’t answer the help support. Finally called after almost 3 hours past check in. Then a nightmare to even get the full refund back.

The unit itself was very clean. The ONLY downside was the bed. It was very uncomfortable!!! My husband and I couldn’t even sleep in it all night. For some, the bed may be good but for us it was not. My husband broke his back a few years ago so he has to have a soft comfortable bed. He said it felt like he was sleeping on a table. But the proximity to the water and the location was great. It was very quiet for the most part. The Train would wake us up from time to time. We would stay again if the bed was replaced.

Birthday Trip

Our first trip to Mississippi and the stay was wonderful! The host, Kenny, was amazing and always great with communication. The location is great and everything with the beach, food, and casinos are a breeze to reach. We will definitely stay here again for any trip to Biloxi!

A/C problems

We were a bit disappointed that there was A/C problems and the temperature got up to 76. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the unit had ceiling fans. Fortunately it was repaired on the second day.

Gulfside in Biloxi

This was wonderful for us snowbirds. I wish I could clone Kenny and the unit every place I stay. It was ground floor and very well equipped. Kenny is extremely diligent:)

Great stay

Nice place. Had everything we needed for a quick weekend stay. Quite, well kept property. Several restaurants within walking distance as traffic was crazy due to event. Will be my go to place to stay in Biloxi in the future.

This condo has close proximity to everything! The beach, fishing, golfing, biking, walking, restaurants, casinos, etc. it has 2 nice, large swimming pools and a fitness center. It's the perfect size for one or 2 persons looking to get away from work and the rat race or wanting an extended stay in some place way better than a hotel room. What's not to love?!
