A fresh, well-equipped and curated contemporary condo getaway in a prime, downtown location. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is steps away from shops, galleries, restaurants, and waterfront. Just a short drive away from Oval Beach, Fennville, Holland, and many other local sights and attractions. Open concept living on the main level which features a fully equipped kitchen, small balcony, sitting area with TV, a full bathroom with a tub, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a second bedroom with 1 queen bed. Upper level has a private master suite complete with a queen bed and bath with a walk-in shower. New as of October 2020, all bedrooms now have their own air conditioning units for maximum comfort. Enjoy the spacious outside, upper level deck with a view of the water which is the perfect spot for relaxing in the morning or enjoying an evening cocktail. Take advantage of this beautiful place to stay while you explore a unique, vibrant, Michigan coastal area!

Very enjoyable stay. This property was exactly as described. Very clean and a great location. Other than a bit of a problem getting the dishwasher to start when we left and the door to rooftop deck being tricky to close, the condo was nothing short of perfect, The property owner also provided thoughtful items for renters such as items for a beach day and helpful literature regarding the area amenities.

Bedroom doors don’t close. Parking not a problem but dependent upon others parking staying in numbered spot. Access to parking lot helpful. Deck was nice.

Great location! Walkable to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the outside deck, and had plenty of space for our group. Parking was close and reserved, which during a busy time would be extremely helpful. We would return!

This place is gorgeous and spacious. Everything was clean, the rooftop is amazing, and love that it's dog friendly. Exactly what we needed and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location in downtown saugatuck. Very comfortable and clean living and sleeping areas. Home has everything you might need. Easy in easy out. Owner sent out a very thorough list of everything saugatuck which made things easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for walking, eating, and shopping! The condo is beautiful and had all of the kitchen items needed. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. We appreciated all of the pillows and blankets. Great stay in this beautiful town!
