Fully furnished property available for short-term stays in Grants Pass, Oregon. You will be staying in a comfortable 1050 square foot home. Two bedrooms and one bath can accommodate up to four visitors. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook and bake, and there is a clothes washer and dryer for personal use. Wifi is included, as well as cable television. A quiet backyard with deck overlooks a small creek. A single car carport is attached to the home. Washington Blvd. is near to numerous town parks, and offers close walking distance to the historic downtown district. Perfect home for a visiting professional or small family visiting Southern Oregon.

5 night stay

This was the nicest property we have ever stayed at. All of the items in the house were new and updated. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large and it was a great space for our family of 4(2 adults and 2 kids: 10 and 12) to stay. LOVED the fans in the bedrooms and in the family room. We wished the weather was a little cooler to enjoy the backyard. The place is easy to find and close to all places you would need. You can tell the people have rented places before, because they have thought of everything you would need or use at their place.

Cozy and Cute spot

Repeat stay and just as wonderful as our first. This house is so well thought out. Everything you could ask for and tastefully decorated as well. Owners have thought of everything. Perfect location for us and just all the comforts of home. We will be back again and again.

Perfect Spot

Great house, great lication. Very nice property with lovely outdoor space. Clean, well decorated, everything you need. Gabriel is quite responsive & thoughtful in preparing for guests. This will be our go to spot in Grants Pass for sure. Can't wait for our next visit

Perfect rental!

We have stayed here before and can't say enough good things about this property. Very well stocked, clean and beds are so comfortable. Nice back yard with large deck. Easy communication with owner. Highly recommend!

Great house and location

the property was great. Had questions about the gas stove and the owner was quick to respond. Very comfortable beds. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen. There was everything I needed to cook a meal. The washer and dryer were nice to have as well. The trash was not picked up when it was supposed to and my daughter saw them pull up to the house but they didn't take the trash. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

We loved staying at this house, perfectly set back from the street and with a beautiful backyard. Lovely neighborhood, close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend - Travel Nurse Friendly

My wife and I stayed here for her Travel Nurse Contract in Grants Pass. It was an overall fantastic experience. Gabriel was pleasant to work with and quick to respond to any of our questions. The kitchen came fully stocked with all the dish-ware/utensils we needed and all appliances worked well. The bedrooms were cozy, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, everything was clean and organized. It was close proximity to the hospital and in a fantastic, safe, quiet part of Grants Pass. Highly recommend this place to anyone in search of somewhere to stay!

Nice Cottage. Quiet Neighborhood

We had a great time. The kids enjoyed all the squirrels in the backyard. Beautiful kitchen with Samsung appliances. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Ready-made Family Home

This home is truly cared for and it shows the minute you pull into the driveway. Our family unpacked our gear (with plenty of space, which were grateful for), deeply appreciated the pack n play already assembled in one of the bedrooms, and immediately felt at ease, at home, and relaxed after a long travel day. You felt the family love in all of the decor and thoughtful touches throughout the house. The location of the home is one mile from main downtown which is full of restuarants, shops and parks. We also drove to Medford's wine country, and Jebediah State Park in California to see the redwoods. Grant's Pass is a beautiful place and this home played a large role in our seeing that. Thank you!

Amazing!

Wonderful property. Beautifully decorated, nice and clean. Deck is wonderful in large back yard. Kitchen well stocked. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend!

Better then imagined

This property is immaculate and on a beautiful street in a quiet and historic neighborhood, inside everything was updated and made for a flawless 5 day stay. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything day appliances (keurig coffee maker and kitchens aid stand mixer to name a few), washer and dryer meant that we could pack few set of clothes for the kids and made life so easy, “just like being home” one of our children remarked. Our rent was a surprising highlight of our trip. Thank you so much, definitely will recommend and stay there again!

Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very nice, and clean. Every thing was provided. Nicely decorated too. Very comfortable stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

This cottage was the perfect spot for 2 couples. The location is close to the historic downtown area. The house was very neat, clean and tidy and had everything that was needed. The backyard patio was great to sit on and enjoy the sunshine. The one and only thing that was missing a BBQ. Other than that it has everything that you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us

The house was perfect for us. The location was close enough to town but far enough to not gear the traffic noise. The home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable and inviting. We LOVED it and will return.
