Nice Waterfront 3,000 sq ft house great for fishing! Very Convenient location!

Nice quiet Waterfront 4 bedroom 1 1/2 story house conveniently located off Hwy 105 in a prime area near swimming park and major restaurants (Monty's seafood, Fajita Jack's, Sushi restaurant and Starbucks) with just a short drive across the street or a boat ride under the bridge. You can also walk it's right across the street. Margaritaville is a short drive or boat ride away. Walmart and heb are close by. We have 150ft of waterfront with a covered boat slip. Enjoy our spacious 3,000 sq ft vacation home and bring your boat, or just fish off the dock, swim on the lake and enjoy your stay on the lake! There is also many boat and jetski Rentals right across the street from us. NO parties! House is meant for a family that wants to enjoy their weekend or a responsible group of friends. Renter must be over age of 30 and present during the stay. (no renting for teenage parties) There is outdoor surveillance so if there's any rules broken you may be asked to leave. On Holidays a 3 day minimum rental required.

Great Spot on Lake Conroe

Check-in process was simple, the property was exactly as described in the listing. In the heart of the Lake Conroe area. Good fishing as well, caught a couple nice bass.

Lovely Property

This is the second time we've rented this home. The setup is great, very serene area on the lake and conveniently close to the restaurants both on and off the water. The hosts are great with communication as well. We enjoy staying here!

Great House! Great Location!

The house was great. Very spacious and big living space to gather around with friends and family. The location was right on the lake also which made it very easy to get on our boat. The launching location for the boat was also very close to the house. Will definitely stay here again whenever we go back to Lake Conroe!

Our Family Home Away From Home

I have been looking for years for a go to property to have a gathering place for our family and finally have found the one! The house is much larger than it even appears in the images. The kitchen was beyond fully stocked to make it easy to cook meals (even though we did not cook much this trip). We look foward to booking again and again in the future.

Great stay! Look forward to coming back!

What an awesome place for a family gathering! From ages 7-80 there was so much to do in this spacious house tucked in a quiet cove off of Lake Conroe. The kids and adults jumped right in with the air hockey and pool, and the back porch that sits close to the water was a perfect spot for relaxing and playing cornhole. The charcoal grill/smoker was used every night and provided delightful meals at dinnertime. Sleeping arrangements for 10 were perfect with everyone getting a good night's sleep. Jenny was a great host and wonderful to communicate with. No one left disappointed and I'm sure we will return for another stay.

Family vacation

The house is perfect for large families that like to fish. My family had a wonderful time and plenty of space to enjoy our time. Owner was always available for questions and support. The kitchen wasn’t as well appointed as described, however with a rental I’m sure some things do walk off, I have communicated with owner on things that need to be restocked. (Measuring cups, spoons, lids, sauce pan size etc) Cleaning crew didn’t clear out previous guests food or outside trash, likely swept but didn’t mop given how dirty our bare feet were night 1. But everything else was clean. Again I communicated with owner and as responsive as she is I’m sure she will address. A few issues with decking outside. There is new decking on one side but majority is in need of repair. The main thing I didn’t expect was the house was right off of 105. The freeway was visible and very loud. So sitting outside wasn’t as peaceful as it could have been. To be fair 105 used to be a small FM and now is multilane and quite busy. I do feel sorry for home owners in that area as I’m sure it was once very peaceful. It didn’t spoil our time but I didn’t realize it would be so close. Giving an honest review don’t let this sway you from renting. The house is on a channel and if you enjoy fishing if you go down the channel further in kyak, or small fishing boat is great fishing and quiet down that way. And if you go under 105 your in the main lake in a few min. We would rent again.

Nice lake house

The house was perfect for a quick family visit. We really enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and lake views all from the family room.

It served our purpose for Thanksgiving family.

This house accommodates lots of people which is nice. The pool table and air hockey with the large living room and dining was fantastic for all the family to show for Thanksgiving dinner. The downside was Lake Conroe had drained some water so the fishing wasn't any good - not the homeowners fault but would have been good to know. The place was clean but we swept and moped the kitchen floor when we arrived. Great place to sit outdoors and visit as well.

Family weekend vacation with a wedding

Overall the house served its purpose, extra rooms to get ready for a wedding. We added a few extra days so people could talk, play games, and relax. - The second floor balcony was very dirty and unusable, which was disappointing. -The shower faucets have low water pressure and were mounted very low. One shower was broken. - Pool table isn't level and most of the pool sticks are in disrepair but everyone still had fun playing. - Entry/hallway bulb was out, so it was very dark. - There are few cooking pans or bowls. - Refrigerator already had food and condiments, so our guests didn't know what food they could eat. - Cat kept trying to get in the house and was successful a few times. - Some people might not like fishing bait in the same refrigerator with their food. And the ice chest had not been cleaned. - Large pothole in driveway got very muddy after a rain. But with all that said, it's a nice house on Lake Conroe, in a good neighborhood, and it was conveniently located on HWY 105. It has lots of room to park several cars and a gate you can lock at night. Lots of sleeping options, including very comfortable couches. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Everyone enjoyed their stay, just had some minor inconveniences.

Great fishing spot for a relaxing weekend

We really enjoyed our stay here. We fished from the shore, used the paddle boat, and played pool and air hockey. Owner was really great at communicating and being available if we needed anything!

Wonderful Getaway

We had had a wonderful week at the house! The house & property we’re just great! The house is so spacious & there was more than enough room for us. There were 4 adults & a 6 & 3 yr old! Great Lake House Getaway

This property provides great comfort and privacy for your family. The house is open, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed the large backyard, fishing from the dock, and the fact that it's not on a busy part of the lake. It's the perfect pandemic vacation home because there's no reason to leave once you get there. If, however, you do feel like venturing out, everything is just a short drive away. The owner's are attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this property and would happily stay there again. Our family had a wonderful time.

Summer Vacation

We had such an amazing time and stay!! The house was perfect! So much space to spread out and so much entertainment!! We loved the table space and games!! We were also able to dock our boat in the boat slip and it was so easy and nice to be able to go to tubing on the lake! Thank you for your hospitality and amazing communication, Jenny! Family vacation

This was a great house for our family vacation. It is centrally located, very near to everything in the heart of Lake Conroe. The house has great dock fishing - we caught 3 large bass. It was also quite spacious with room for all of us. Had a great time.

Memorial Day Weekend

We loved the house and location being on a cove, quite and peaceful. The number of bedrooms and baths and layout of the house was wonderful to accommodate 9 adults, very roomy so we were not on top of each other. Was also nice to be able to leave boat in the covered boat slip all weekend. Would definitely rent this house again! Thanks Jenny!

Clean, roomy, comfortable , great place for relaxing.

Very nice, clean and roomy. It has that home away from home feeling. My husband brought his boat and we enjoyed some time on the lake. Jenny was so nice and easy to work with. She explained every detail of checking in and that was so helpful.

Beautiful and peaceful. Very relaxing. On the lake.

My wife and I share a birthday and was wanting a different experience. We decided to do something we never done before and it landed us on Lake Conroe with a Party Pirahna boat party. We live 2 hrs away and decided let's just make a weekend and find a place to stay near by. I saw this property and Jenny got back with very promptly. She is an amazing host and was able to answer any questions I had very quickly. My wife immediately fell in love with the property and so did I. It's a very spacious property with all the amenities for a peaceful weekend getaway with family and friends. Close to restaurants and minutes away from the Lake Conroe park.
