Lovely, affordable little place in an ideal location. Gorgeous studio with contemporary decor and everything you need (Bosch, Tassimo Coffee Machine, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board etc). Very clean and full of lovely personal touches. Ideal to use as a hub for enjoying the great night life of Roundhay, Chapel Allerton and Leeds City Centre or just a work base for professionals working in Leeds or Roundhay. Easy to access. Clean. Safe. Everything on hand when I got there. Tea, coffee, also cleaning items. Certainly use again whenever I’m back up in Leeds…..

The property was lacking in several basics such as a tea towel, bath mat, and other essential items. The furnishings are in need of replacement especially the couch and the 2 stools supplied for dining.

We stayed 15 minutes , the noise from uptairs was obvious right away . On checking the bedroom it had no curtains and the blinds where no good . Could see right outside . Could not of slept in there . Also the very late communication of the host as we travelled from cumbria was very stressful . Not hearing from him till we actually arrived in leeds after a long journey . We had to book a hotel and left right away .

Nice place

The property is spacious and has every amenity possible. There was a tassimo machine with pods, cereal and milk in the fridge. There is plenty of room in all of the rooms. The bathroom could do with a touch up, but all in all a nice stay. The thing that let it down for us, is i messaged the host 12 days before our stay, to ask a question about our stay. I never received a reply. According to Vrbo, i should have received check in details 3 days before our visit. These didn't come through. We received them 2 hours before check in, and we had to drive to Leeds not sure whether we had anywhere to stay or not.

Leeds

Martin muy preocupado, lugar limpio con todo lo necesario para la estadía de dos personas, la lavadora lava y seca a la vez. Martin nos dejó cereales, café y te, muy amable. Hay wi fi , y el supermercado tesco está a 6 cuadras.(1 kilómetro). Para llegar al centro requieres bus, no obstante nosotros caminamos los primeros días, nos demoramos 40 minutos

Great comms from Martin. Choice of cereals plus pint of fresh milk in fridge. Handy location for city centre and Headingley. Simple key retrieval from combination lock safe. Comfy bed. Nice big TV. Small but functional bathroom. Good value for money.

Was great!

It was clean, there was two heaters for when it got cold. All the amenities you would ever need were provided. Definitely worth the money.

Solid flat for travel

I appreciated the great communication from the host and the cute neighborhood. The apartment is the perfect functional space for a work-related stay. Close to bus lines and good restaurants, as well.

Honestly couldnt ask for better

Exactly as listed. Includes everything and more for a long or short stay. Martin was a fantastic host, communication was swift and easy, check - in/out couldnt be easier. and most importantly we just enjoyed our stay.
