This is a private 1 bedroom studio apartment.

- Large Living room, Office, Kitchen, New Bathroom w/ walk-in shower, Large Separate Bedroom w/ Large Full sized bed.
- Quiet neighborhood access to everything.
- 1 hr to Chicago, 35 min to Milwaukee, 30 min to MKE Intl Airport. Located in the city of Kenosha w/ a country feel.
- Completely furnished w/ radiant floor heating, & A/C.
- Access to Hwy 31, 50 & I 94.
- Includes all furnishings, office space, internet, TV & utilities. Suite is 1100 SF
- Suitable for 1 person only, no additional guests allowed.
- Do not plug in your electric car. Our power grid and box does not support. There will be a $75 added charge if you plug into our house. You will also be charged for all repairs and the costs associated with an electrician to come out and inspect.
- Close to everything yet quiet and secluded.
