A wonderful location . Casimiro was always available for any queries

We loved our stay in this spotless apartment. Amazing location overlooking beach . Kitchen small but managed to cook 6 nights of our 2 week stay .

Alvor - Sea view apartment

Great apartment! Located 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the town. Nicely furnished, comfortable bed and sofa bed. We really enjoyed having the balcony. Plenty of hot water. Great holiday and we would come again!

Get away from it all

Lovely apartment. Amazing un obstructed view . Going to miss waking up to this. Host had tried to think of everything a visitor could possibly need. Well done Casimiro.

A* Stay

Property was as advertised, very spacious and spotlessly clean. Casimiro was always quick to respond to messages, even when we had trouble trying to open the shutters within 5 minutes he was at our door. The balcony was lovely and had the sun on it all day and the view was lovely of the beech. Would definatley recommend and would love to come back. Thank you Casimiro

Great position

Great weather, great balcony and tremendous view. Flat had not be cleaned and the key was not available . Never did see the owner. The flat left a little to be desired, needs a refurb. Forgetting all that we still enjoyed our stay.

A lovely relaxing stay!

The appartment was really nice and quite big, for example two bathrooms! A nice seperate kitchen and a big balcony! Nice to start the day with breakfast and an amazing view there! Parking the car was no problem, there are plenty of parking spots around the building. Casimiro was unfortunately 40 minutes late to hand us over the key.. Nevertheless he was very helpful if we had any questions! We definitely want to go back again!!

Fantastic location

Location of apartment which is on the 6th floor, is fantastic with uninterrupted views of the beach and across to Lagos. The Host never bothered me with visits but was only a phone call away to help with anything, which is what i prefer. Sliding doors opened up from the lounge and bedroom onto the balcony which was the length of the apartment. Although I was a solo traveller, there was plenty of space for two people. Hot water was plentiful. Small kitchen but enough room for one person cooking. Lots of storage throughout. Couple of suggestions: relaxing chairs for the balcony and a new mattress for the bed (it was dipped on both sides from use). Overall a brilliant stay!

Large apartment with a great view of the ocean

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. One highlight was being able to hear the waves at night and to walk the board walk during the day. It’s an easy 10 min walk into town for shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is decorated in a simple style, it has a good size bedroom with lots of storage, two bathrooms and a long balcony to sit out on. The kitchen is small and we would have benefitted from instructions on how to use the stove and extractor fan as we were not familiar with them. However Casimiro was responsive to our needs and replaced the kettle right away when it stopped working. It was easy to park the car outside the building and we weren’t disturbed by noise from others in the building.

Superb

We loved the apartment with the amazing unobstructed panoramic view of the sea and the accompanying sound of the waves. Great balcony extending from the bedroom and lounge with views of the sunrise and sunset . The apartment is spacious and clean, with a very comfortable large double bed and all tastefully decorated. The kitchen is small but fully equipped - we did not use the cooker or microwave, preferring to eat out as there are SO many restaurants to try. The location is ideal with a short walk along the boardwalk to the beautiful beach; plus either up through the houses to the cobbled streets full of bars, restuarants and shops or along the boardwalk to the marina and then up into the village. There's a fairly large Intermarche supermarket approx 10" walk. Everyone we met were very friendly and welcoming and we can't wait to return. We enjoyed our stay so very much and look forward to returning in the year to come.

Incredible Ocean Views

We absolutely love this apartment for its completely clear , unobstructed amazing view of the ever changing ocean , which was enjoyed by us daily from the expansive balcony. Carisimo and property manager Paula were attentive and positively reactive if any concerns arose. ( the tv connections were not working when we first arrived and Paula solved and fixed all those issues very promptly). This property is from our point of view in the perfect location. A short walk along the boardwalk takes you to the centre of Alvor and makes for such easy access to Sunday Market, and town strolling . It is a great advantage to be able to walk comfortably back to the apartment after a wonderful evening of drinks and dinner at any one of Alvor’s fabulous restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless and spacious with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped , small , but efficient kitchen. We enjoyed our stay so very much and look forward to returning in the year to come. Janet & Bill, Muskoka, Ontario, 🇨🇦 Canada.

Todo muy bien, las vistas del alojamiento son increíbles y el trato con el propietario ha sido muy buena en todo momento, repetiría si se diera la oportunidad para próximos años. Todo estaba muy limpio, incluso en mitad de la estancia nos dejó sábanas limpias y toallas limpias.

Prima verblijf. De gastheer hebben we niet persoonlijk ontmoet maar was zeer attent als we hem nodig hadden. Hij heeft ons van goede tips voorzien over eetgelegenheden en dagtripjes. Het appartement was goed, alleen de keuken was aan de krappe kant. Goed om een kop koffie te zetten, maar niet om uitgebreid te gaan koken. De omgeving was prachtig. Al met al een positieve en geslaagde vakantie.

Apartamento moderno e espaçoso, bem equipado, com tudo a funcionar perfeitamente. Fantástica vista da varanda do alojamento: Praia em frente com o extraordinário Passadiço de cerca de 6km à beira mar/ria de Alvor. Prédio e zona envolvente sem ruídos/calma. Comunicação excelente com o anfitrião."

Super Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir waren nun schon zum 2. mal in der Wohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und man hat alles was man braucht. Am Strand ist man in 2 Minuten und in der Stadt in 10 (zu Fuß)! Einen großen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Das Highlight ist der große Balkon mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder.
