Welcome to our little paradise in Florida!
Experience unforgettable days at Barra Villa Resort – a charming retreat known for its stylish yet relaxed atmosphere. The property features 8 lovingly designed apartments and studios spread across two houses. Located in the historic district of Fort Myers and just a short walk from downtown, it’s the perfect base for your stay.
Whether you choose Barra Villa I or Barra Villa II, each accommodation delights with its individual style and attention to detail. The tropical garden invites you to unwind in cozy lounge areas.
Barra Villa II consists of three units: “Apartment Pelican,” “Apartment Flamingo,” and “Studio Turtle.” Each unit offers a private entrance, its own bathroom, a kitchen, and a combined living and sleeping area. The shared outdoor space includes a gas grill and plenty of seating. Upon request, the entire villa or even the full resort can be rented exclusively.
Studio Turtle – small, charming, and full of comfort
Our lovely studio is a true space-saver with a high level of comfort. Thoughtfully designed with harmonious colors, it creates a მშვიდ and welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. Despite its compact size, it provides everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for two and all essential utensils.
A special highlight is the direct access from the kitchen to the newly redesigned wooden terrace and lush garden – perfect for relaxing moments outdoors. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, features a window that lets in soft morning sunlight.

Christmas 2021

Very nice place, not the fanciest but all the basics were there. HUGE shower! Pool was cold and had dirt and leaves in the bottom.

Small but adequate

Turtle studio is small but adequate for our needs. We appreciated the beautiful pool, full kitchen, laundry, large bathroom, and comfortable bed. We liked the area and being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. A few improvements could be made including new bed pillows, instructions for operating the TV, new ceiling fan above the bed, and some attention to the outside of the house/landscaping.

Yes, our "Studio Turtle" is indeed one of our smallest accommodations. Nevertheless, we strived to provide everything necessary for a carefree stay. We thank you for your evaluation and the corresponding "suggestions for improvement".

Florida getaway

Streng & Co were very easy to work with. Studio Turtle was as listed. Not a 4 star resort but clean, relaxing,functional, close to a great downtown scene with a vibrant dining and shopping experience. The pool was awesome!! Would definitely recommend and would be a repeat tenant.

Clean and comfortable perfect for 2 people.

Very clean property. Nicely decorated. Stayed for a month and a half for job relocation. It was very accommodating for my needs. Close to stores and shopping.

Great location!

Our studio was very nice , well decorated & had everything we needed ! Pool was nice when heat was on ! So close to so many great experiences! Could walk to most places!

Thank you for your review. It is so great to hear that you had a good time at our Barra Villa Resort. The pool is heated 7 days a week. But, of course, not during the night so that it might be that the pool seems to be a little colder in the morning hours.
