Everything was great. Hostitable hostess, responds to your letter quickly. The kitchen has everything you need. A bit of a long walk to the train station and the beach.

Firstly, a previous review said the train station was really far away, this is nonsense! I timed the walk myself with my suitcase and it took just over 7 minutes. It’s literally around the corner. The location of the apartment is Great. It’s a brief walk to the sea. There’s a patisserie a minutes walk away, a pharmacy directly across the street and a well stocked, good sized, supermarket 2 minutes away. You could not ask for better. The flat itself is spacious. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. The kitchen is very practical and has everything you need, although it could do with more knives and forks as you don’t really have the cutlery to fill the dishwasher and quite a few of the plates are too large for it stopping the spray arm from turning so makes it rather redundant. There’s air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms and works very well. It would be nice to have a few more pillows and more than just one thin sheet on the beds.I would say it could do with a good touch up with paint on the doors, door frames and wardrobes, it just makes this lovely flat look a bit tired. Other than that, it’s clean, spacious and the people who greet you couldn’t be more helpful.I will definitely attempt to stay here again. Merci.

I loved the month I spent at this wonderful apartment! It’s roomy, comfortable and has just about anything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances and even a lot of small appliances. Since I love to cook, the immersion blender and small food processor were a special surprise! The 2 balconies, one on the east side and one on the west side were so lovely and provided a space to grow my herbs for cooking and a beautiful place to eat! The location is amazing! The boardwalk along Cros de Cagnes is so beautiful and only an 8 minute walk away! To catch the bus to go up to Haut de Cagnes, the historic district, is just a 10 minute walk and the views from there are incredible. The train station is also no more than an 8 minute walk away and from Cagnes sur mer you can visit all the costal towns on the French Riviera. The elevator is perfect if you have mobility issues and there is a bus almost right outside the apartment building which will take you to Square Bourdet where you can catch another bus to just about anywhere you want to go. This is the perfect apartment and Marie Christine, the apartment manager, is a dearbpartson and always available to help with any problems!

Très bonne location. Bon accueilNous avons bien aimé les deux balcons de chaque côté de l'appartement et surtout nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Bon emplacement, proche commerce et proche de la mer.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Schon beim Betreten fühlten wir uns sofort wohl, denn die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub braucht.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Klimatisierung, die an heißen Tagen für eine angenehme Kühle sorgte – einfach herrlich! Auch die Geräte in der Wohnung funktionierten einwandfrei, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehter machte.Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist der sichere Parkplatz im Innenhof des Wohnblocks. Das ist in dieser Gegend Gold wert und erspart viel Stress bei der Parkplatzsuche.Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach genial! Der Strand ist fußläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar, was für spontane Badeausflüge ideal ist. Und wer das pulsierende Stadtleben sucht: Das Zentrum von Nizza ist mit dem Auto in nur 15-20 Minuten Fahrtzeit bequem zu erreichen.Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle geräumige Wohnung

Wir haben 18 Tage dort verbracht. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, kleinere Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. bei Problemen wird schnell geholfen. Parkplatz im Innenhof. Alles sehr nette Menschen dort, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Questo immobile è stato la nostra base per quattro giorni e ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre esigenze e necessità. Appartamento molto comodo, al quarto piano di un edificio a 300 mt dalla spiaggia di Cros de Cagnes. Pulito, ben attrezzato e luminoso. Affabile disponibile e cordiale il proprietario Alain. Our long vacation

We rented this apartment for 3 months, from March to May 1922. It's very good for a couple or small family, with plenty of space for your clothing and suitcases storage. The kitchen has pretty much all that is needed for your stay. There is a large shower room and a separate toillete. Mr Lamaitre is an excellent host and will do all he can to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you Mr. Lamaitre.

Superbe Adresse

Nous avonss tout simplement adoré cette adresse! Mr Le Maître est extrêmement agréable et accueillant, la communication avant et pendant le séjour a été très fluide. Et l'acceuil a été tout simplement parfait. L'appartement est quand a lui fidèle au descriptif, spacieux, propre et très fonctionnel. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires au quotidien, voir plus. L'emplacement est très bien, il nous offre un accès aux plages à moins de 10 mn a pied. Un grand merci à Mr Le Maitre!!

Sehr zentral gelegene geräumige gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hat sich auf Anfrage sofort um ein Babybett gekümmert. Konnte uns auch noch einen kostenfreien 2. Parkplatz besorgen. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle in der Nähe und leicht zu erreichen.Wohnung ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert.
