Absolutely beautiful setting! Hiking for 7 days in the local area! Dinner at Lizzie’s was delicious and the pubs were perfect! If you like to golf and enjoy the Irish countryside this is the place to go! House is just as described and perfectLocation. Would definitely come back again.

Dunfanaghy is well worth a visit, the beaches are wonderful and the house is situated very nicely. Great spot, great vacation.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Easy walking distance to Patsy Dan’s and Rusty Oven. We had some “typical weather” for our trip, but made the most of Donegal’s sights. Fanad Head, Pallet Sea Arch and Glenveagh were highlights. Highly recommended

Great location for beach and golf

Very comfortable cottage, great photos of the area. Right next to local golf course and beach, and short drive to Rosapenna golf and beautiful bay. Hope to stay again!

The property was very easy to find. Great location One off the best rentals I've stayed in.The cottage had everything you could want and more. Will definitely book again.I highly recommend staying here

Fabulous location, walking distance to beach, golf club and town shops and restaurants. Kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking (no oven trays etc). 1 shower in 3 didn’t work. Great layout and space

Thank you for leaving a review. I truly wish you had told me directly if there were any issues with the house. I live 5 minutes away! ‘The kitchen is poorly equipped’. Really? There are oven trays! And it would have been really good to know if a shower wasn’t working. I’ve just checked and the showers are all working! Thanks and kind regards. Trevor

We stayed as a family of 8 over three generations with our two small dogs and we could not have had a better time! The property was ideally located, it was on the most amazing beach with the whitest sand, the scenery was stunning. All amenities were super close, we could walk for morning coffees, lunch, shops, dinner it’s honestly one of the best places we have stayed for location. The house itself was super and had everything a family could need with loads of space and ideally stocked for a full week away, the two ground floor bedrooms were ideal for younger children and our elderly mother so the house was fully accessible. Trevor the host was incredibly helpful and got back to every query no matter how small very quickly. This was an ideal location for a family trip in one of the most beautiful places in ireland and catered to everyone’s needs from 2 - 68 years of age!

Excellent house though one of the showers needs a bit of attention. The towels weren't dry on arrival but easily sorted. Will consider renting again for sure

Location! Location! Location

Beautiful, spacious property in a perfect location. Comfortably snug, a lovely sunroom for reading, living room for TV viewing, ample sized rooms and a light filled landing with views across the golf course. A quiet setting with a good sized garden and plenty of privacy. Lots of parking space in the driveway.

This house was a great base for our family trip to Donegal. The large travel cot & high chair came in very handy. It was cosy and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. and there was plenty of room for us all to eat and sit together. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Killahoey beach or into Dunfanaghy. We all agreed it was a winner. Only complaint was it seemed like a few small repairs are needed - one of the windows and one of the showers.

Great house , great location.Some showers in need of repair.Lack of cereal bowls ( only 3)and cutlery. Mugs could be updated .. as could pillows .Outdoor clothes line would be useful especially when windy .

Easter

The house is in an excellent location to amazing beaches and Dunfanaghy. It could have done with a few more kitchen stuff like a baking tray more than one dishwasher tablet and decent knives. The house is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The information from Trevor was very good and he was very responsive when we needed to clarify how to turn on the hot water during our stay. Thanks

Perfect few days away

Excellent location, house was perfect, all mod cons, easy check in/departure. All rooms great sizes, having 3 bathrooms was ideal, the kitchen was very well equipped, large gardens. Easy walking distance to both beach and town, there were 5 adults in our group and all said we would return and /or recommend

Trevor was very easy to deal with and his property is beautiful. It is ideally located 5 minutes walk to the beach and the town. Would definitely return.

Have rented in Dunfanaghy on numerous occasions. This was my favourite property. House comfortable and excellent location.
