A perfect oasis for a few days of remote work. Excellent all around from a logistics and hosting perspective, would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Definitely one of the best host experiences I've had in my travels! I would highly recommend this stay, and do definitely plan on staying again when I find myself back in Burbank!

The room was clean with easy access. All attractions were close by. Host was very respectful of our privacy. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Great location with ability to walk to coffee shops and grocery stores. The unit had everything I needed and was very quiet! Perfect for my 4-night stay.

This place was absolutely lovely. A little get away in LA with a homely feel and a lovely pool to cool down in and relax by. Great location with food and shopping essentials close by. Easily serviced with Uber and Lyft to all the tourist spots. Our host was superb and couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately, we had to cut our break short and come home early. Our host, refunded us without us asking out of the kindness of her heart. We were truly humbled. We would totally recommend this property for the host, facilities, convenience, ease of use, location and value. Thank you!

My daughter and I had a wondering stay in this property. It’s such a cozy place. We especially loved the pool but everything was great!

The accommodations were perfect for me and my daughter needs. We stayed here while visiting my son who lives in the area. The owner was very personable and friendly. I will stay again if the opportunity arises again.

Cute little guest house! Clean, cozy, and the bed was comfie. Perfect for just needing a place to lay your head. Pool was cool (temperature wise) but it was March. Host was great, easy to get a hold of and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. She even found us some beach chairs to use! Thank you so much, Debbie!

I enjoyed my quiet stay – – second year in a row for a week each time. I can walk to my son‘s home from here. Grapefruit and lemons were ripening on her trees, and I was gifted with several, which I really enjoyed. I plan to come back next year.

I loved the neighborhood with the scenery of the property. It was beautiful. Unfortunately, I was not fully able to enjoy the amenities that were listed in this booking. The pool and garden are not private. Family members of the property were swimming in the pool and occupying the space. Making it unpleasant and unenjoyable. I was not able to enjoy the scenery. The communication is terrible. Host never replied to my messages or answered my phone call when I had trouble with the gate. It was such a hassle getting in and out of the property. One of the reasons I booked this place was for the amenities and privacy. Very unfortunate I was not able to.

We had a great stay. The pool with the LA sunshine was a bonus. We really had a great stay and our host was lovely.

What a great stay! The place was clean and very accommodating. We arrived quite late but Debbie greeted us and gave a a quick but informative tour of the space. The back yard was welcoming and the pool was well maintained. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with great proximity to many locations. Will definitely stay again!

Host was very welcoming. Came in and showed us the amenities of the house and even said if we had any questions or needed recommendations he would be happy to help . Definitely will be looking to book again if we are in town.
