You could almost walk everywhere you need. There is so much that’s so close. It’s a wonderful location. Private. We LOVED the porch/deck. The shower was so good. I think I’d stay here again for sure. Max 3 people though. I think some well placed barn doors instead of swing doors could fix some of the awkwardness but overall I loved my stay here.

This was a delightful house. Tom provided everything for us. Very comfortable, very clean. The house is supplied with games, a turntable with records, full kitchen supplies and even shampoo in the shower. So grateful for everything. And the hot tub was a perfect way to end our perfect days. If you want a great place to stay in Rockaway Beach, look for this great little house.Many thanks Tom.

The toilet seat was loose and the microwave was too high for a short person to use, Other than that, everything was as advertised. We had a good time. -Thanks-

Spent 5 days at this wonderful property! Everything was great, close beach access, and the hot tub was nice after spending chilly days exploring the beaches near by.

It is a great place to stay I love the hot tub and fire pit and bedroom with one bed I would recommend the bunk bed for kids for sure it's a very small room so be aware of that

The place was in a great location, quiet and private and exactly what was advertised. We arrived 7 minutes early and the cleaning person was there so we waited and came in at 4pm to a wet floor. He told us there were still towels in the dryer. Do not look under the couches. The hot tub was the highlight - make sure you give it plenty of time to warm up. We did have deer right outside for a treat. Loved the complimentary wine!!

Very hot and clean hot tub which was very important to me! Pet friendly and 3Mins walk to the beach where our dogs could run off leash! Everything was clean and cozy. Would definitely return!

The house was cozy, and the hot tub was warmed up and ready for us at arrival. The pups enjoyed the space. We had a question for the host and they replied very quickly. Overall very good.

Located in a central area, secluded yard, beautiful area.. Had a great time at this cozy little cabin. Clean and stocked with all the stuff we forgot.Very quiet and peaceful.Thank you for letting us stay!!

Everything was beyond satisfactory.. didnt use the hot tub (for shame, i know) but it was clean and ready to go

Park like setting

We loved staying here, loved the dead end road and proximity to town and the beach. Our dogs enjoyed it too, we would love to come back again.

Relaxing Trip

My wife and I stayed four nights. This was a great location to explore Rockaway on foot and to venture out to surrounding towns. We had a great trip!

Such a cozy and fun place to stay!

We stayed here for our son’s 5th birthday and absolutely loved it. It was dog and kid friendly, very private, and super cozy. Has everything you need and it’s a great location. We really enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor space and the guitar / record player. We would totally stay here again! Thanks to our host.

Great little house

We had so such a nice stay here. great proximity to the beach and park. The big side yard and front porch were both a big plus. everything you will need is already there which makes it feel like home.
