Pool area was nice. Smaller area but everytime we used it there was never a big crowd. Hot tub was not very hot.Kitchen was stocked with enough items we cooked in everyday for meals. We didnt mind doing dishes.Bedrooms wer spacious and each had an onsuitr bathroom.

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. It is cozy and a great location. Parking is easy. There are restaraunts and entertainment directly downstairs. The pool and hot tub are small but perfect for a quick soak. The kitchen is functional but you may have to buy or bring some of your own items depending on what you need. We bought sponges, hand soap, dish washer detergent pods aundry deter.

Comfortable getaway place

This was a great location for us. We could walk to one of our favorite restaurants and everywhere else was a short and easy drive. Loved morning coffee on the screened balcony.

We are repeat visitors to this complex and, like the other VRBO condos, this one is in a terrific location: quiet, low-traffic, accessible to the beach and restaurants. Host was efficient and helpful in tacking-on an extra day for us. Condo was clean. If you plan to cook at the condo, bring everything (food-wise) in - there are no wayward condiment containers in the refrigerator, or half-full spice jars in cabinets - and I don't disagree with this policy at all, but may be helpful for those who don't eat-out much.We enjoy this location very much, including the consistency from unit to unit as we return each year.

Amazing property and location!

Place was very nice and clean! Building is on a great property in the old Marco neighborhood. Super relaxing. Host was very nice and had clear check in instructions. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great 2 bedroom on the island

This unit was great. Very clean, lots of space and large screened in porch. Great little shops and café on property. Many dining and cocktail options within walking distance. We visit Marco several times a year and will definitely look to stay here again.

Amazing as always

This property is great! This is my second time staying here as well. Property is well maintained and amenities are great. Nice and quiet area of the island and right by the snook! It was great for my family. Highly recommend

Hidden gem

Loved the condo!!! Beds comfy, amenities adequate!! We were attending a wedding down the road at the Marriott. Glad we stayed in Old Marco Island area. Lively area and close to a lot of restaurants and shops!! Would rent again!

Great location, roomy apartment

We had issues with our check in and the property manager very quickly jumped into action and made the situation right which we very much appreciated. The space was perfect for 3 adults -- great screened in porch and roomy sitting area. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Would highly recommend and would book again.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is well stocked and decorated. So clean. The view is average because you’re looking at a street.

Perfectly perfect!

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was quiet, yet conveniently located to shops and dining. The space was extremely clean and well kept and had all the amenities we needed. Probably our favorite space was the screened in porch. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

We spent the month of February and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for a lovely stay. The pool is small, but very adequate with nice furnishings. Check in was seamless. We did not any issues for he entire month. On site restaurants are excellent and the music venue provided entertainment. We are already looking forward to another stay…..and the weather ….priceless!

Mini vacation

The property was very nice my only suggestion would be to leave one extra roll of toilet paper for back up and unfortunately my car was hit in the parking lot on Saturday night April 24th and no one to reach out to while we were there.

The property is a self-catering property. The housekeeping company will provide starter items at the start of your stay; however, it is the guest responsibility to purchase, paper products, groceries, etc., for the duration of the stay. With regard to your vehicle, our office received no notification, email, phone call, or text from you indicating anything had occurred. Local law enforcement also has no information on the matter. I do apologize for any inconvenience or issues, had our office received any notification from you we would have been happy to assist.

Old Marco

Location of unit was good..away from the busy southern end of the island. Convenient restaurants and a great bakery. Everything was as stated in the listing. The amenities list should include type of coffee pot and hairdryer. Definitely will be back.
