This great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located on the 2nd floor of building 2. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create a great meal. The dining room seats 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. The living room has a flat screen TV with a DVD player. There are 2 single sofa sleepers and a full size Murphy bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and the guest bathroom has a tub shower combination. The patio looks out over our beautiful courtyard and you can see the Gulf of Mexico in the distance.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
