We had a 9 night stay at this amazing condo, I would stay here again 100% of the time, amazing location and very comfortable accommodations. Central AC blows Ice cold, kitchen worked out great and the sunsets off the balcony were legendary. Even when we had a problem with the kitchen sink a maintenance worker was there the next morning to fix the issue. Laundry facilities on site was clean and in close proximity to the room . Can’t recommend this place enough.

Good location

Nice to sit on lanai and watch whales and the sun come up. The place is clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Anniversary Trip

What a perfect central location on Maui! We loved the quick access to the rest of the island and the quieter area of the area! Beautiful and clean area to stay, we especially loved the 2 min walk to watch the sunset on the beach.

Wonderful magical month.

Staff at complex were super nice and friendly. Location on beautiful beach on bay was amazing. Hope to return someday.

Great property!

The property was in a great location! We stayed three weeks and had everything in the kitchen to cook a lot of meals. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacay!

Great location, great views, would definitely stay here again! We saw whales from the lanai and the pool was great. Beach is just a very short walk across the green space. Outstanding stay at your condo, thank you!

Unit has a nice view of the ocean from both rooms. Centrally located for exploring the island and close to lots of good restaurants (Nalu's!!). Enjoyed the ability to lie in the comfortable bed and see the ocean. The kitchen was adequately supplied. We understand that this is a tropical environment that leads to certain upkeep challenges, yet we felt the unit was well worn and not as clean as it should be. Indoor seating cushions are showing they have been well used(stains). VERY dissatisfied with the outdoor chairs. The cushions were filthy and stained and chairs have broken wicker on the arms (used towels to cover the cushions). Very musty smell upon arrival, the extra fans were clogged w/dust debris (I cleaned them during a stormy day), the a/c vents were dirty, the entryway along the baseboards need deep cleaning and paint. Limited outlets by the bed if you need to plug in more than one thing on the night stand. Recommend a sleep mask If you like a dark bedroom; curtain is somewhat thin and there are lights outside on the property that can illuminate the bedroom. We did reach out to the hosts about all of our cleanliness concerns with pictures and lack of outlets and their response offered to reimburse me for a power strip and some room spray. The pool was nice and it's a bit of a walk to the beach but not far. The grills were very popular and appeared well maintained. We might return to the property which was nicely maintained but not this unit.

We appreciate our guest informing us of these things & had a professional deep cleaning done on all cushions inside & out. We also had our cleaner clean all fans, A/C vents & baseboards of dust & debris.

We had an amazing view, great location and nice apartment. We had everything what you need for a vacation, boogie board, umbrella etc, the box outside were packed with good stuff. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall it was good, except the pillows were smelly.

Comfortable with Great Views

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was recently updated and everything was very nice. It had a spacious lanai with a great view of the ocean, convenient parking, central air, and nice appliances. The listing and pictures were exactly as described on VRBO

Another wonderful stay

We have been returning to this beautiful condo for several years. Love watching the whales from the balcony, enjoying pool/hottub and bbq areas which are meticulously maintained, or watching sunsets from beach. Clean, comfortable, nice modern kitchen (love the crushed ice option on fridge) and good extras with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc. Highly recommend!

Honeymoon getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at Scott and Eve’s place. The location was perfect and the property was well maintained. We enjoyed many sunsets and sunrises on the Lanai, some of our favorite moments. The bed was super comfortable and the view while laying in bed was gorgeous. Thank you for opening your home to us for our honeymoon. We would definitely book again!!

Beautiful stay, Central location!

Beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom condo equipped with everything needed to make it home for the week. We were able to cook using the kitchen gadgets and used the provided beach chairs & boogie boards for our outings. Not to mention the AMAZING ocean front views, pool/hot tub, tennis courts and beach walk out. Also a great location to drive out to grocery stores and Maui’s main attractions (beaches, Hana, airport etc), very central. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

Great unit, well equipped

Our stay in the unit was great, it was clean, well equipped with kitchen items, towels, towels and more towels, bedding, extra pillows, nothing missing at all. This was the best equipped unit we have had in the last 10 visits to Maui. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive. Highly recommend!

everything we needed. hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. only things that was a bit annoying was the coin laundry as the machines weren't all working but i know that is not your fault. Also there was only one sorta functioning knife, the rest all had big chips out of them. Still 5/5, not major concerns, more comments. thanks again. would book there again. thank you.

Great location and great condo

The condo is located in a great location. It is a bit north of the main beaches, but located on a lare grassy area with large beach. This area has hotels on the beach side rather than across the road. Condo is perfect for 2 and comes with chairs and boogie boards. The Lanai view is better than their pics. Restaurants and grocery stores are a few minutes away. The beach is great for wading swimming and sunning, and an easy drive to more famous south Maui beaches.

Sugar Beach Ocean View

Very clean, well stocked. Just two negatives: a) no washer / dryer, b) this place is nowhere near Sugar Beach. It's in Kihei, which is quite crowded and congested. Overall, it gets 4 1/2 stars.

There is a laundry just down the hall. Kauhale Makai resort backs up to Sugar Beach which you can see from the lanai.

Another amazing stay

This was our third stay in this condo, and it did not disappoint. The unit itself has everything needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable trip - from beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and more. We love the comfortable chairs on the lanai to watch for whales. Also love the fridge with water and ice dispenser (including crushed ice). Love the location, views and amenities at this complex. Saw so many whales! We will be back! Mahalo!

Maui Honeymoon

Nice spacious condo with great views. The condo could use a deep clean (washing walls) but otherwise clean. Having the kitchen was great! Easy to check in and staff were very sweet. The best part was being located on the beach. It is not the nicest beach you will find in Maui. But it is still decent/convenient AND the amount of turtles you see is so cool. All day I got to watch turtles swim down the shore line or watch whales in the distance. The condo location is central and I loved that part also. It was overall such a great experience and I would totally recommend coming here!
