The Estates are the exclusive development of single homes to the left of the gate house as you enter King's Creek Plantation resort. These homes feature the decor and details expected in luxury vacationing. There is a patio and balconies to experience a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There are three master bedrooms, one standard bedroom with a private bath, and 3 sleeper sofas. Large whirl pool tubs adorn each master bedroom suite. Sleeper sofas are located in the living rooms. The living rooms and bedrooms all have flat screen TV's. There are three washers and dryers. Three dishwashers...AND three kitchens! The kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, granite counter tops, and an outdoor gas grill. Imagine spending the holidays with your family in one of these luxury vacation homes in historic Williamsburg. This property is just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, 15 minutes away from the Yorktown and Jamestown beaches. Enjoy theme parks (Busch Gardens and Water Country USA), shopping, and dining. Water Country USA is right next door! There is an onsite restaurant (Seasonal), 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, miniature golf, tennis and basket ball courts. You will truly discover a home away from home while vacationing at the Estates!

This was a large family trip and the accommodations were excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Communications with the resort staff during the stay were great. I would stay here again.

Having an indoor pool was a great option during off-season travel. It's large enough for many families to enjoy at the same time. Be warned that the facility takes cleanliness very seriously and there is a high chlorine content.

We stayed for 6 nights. The property was great. We had 6 adults and 3 children and there was plenty space. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Williamsburg Vacation

We stayed at Kings Creek, which we stayed in when the kids were younger. Now they are adults with children so we came back for a family vacation and new memories. Kings Creek lived up to our memories. We would stay there again.

This was a great stay. We did the four bedroom, four bath and it’s important to note that one bedroom/bath was not accessible without stepping outside (this was fine in our situation but not what we pictured.). The pool was great. The units had everything we needed.

King’s Creek Townhomes

The location was excellent, close to many major attractions., such as Busch Gardens, Water Country, and Jamestown. The resort had many amenities such as pool towels, playgrounds, and grills. I did have to call to have one of the condos vacuumed before moving in. The cleaning service came immediately.

Very nice

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The grounds are beautiful with several pools and spas. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, close to so many attractions. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice big dining room table to accommodate everyone. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The reasons my rating was not a solid 5 was because the furnishings could use some updating and the house was not as clean as I would have liked. The dishes appeared to have been put away dirty, it appeared that someone had walked all through both units with a great deal of mud on their feet, the mirrors had fingerprints and marks all over them and the end tables and kitchen table had not been wiped down. These were all things I could easily take care of myself, but I would have preferred better attention to detail. Also, we didn't get in until almost midnight, we were so tired only to find the attendant out until 12:30 and so we had to wait to check in.
