The large master has a King size bed and a huge lovely bathroom with a large shower, sinking tub, two sinks and a separate vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds and attached bathroom with shower and tub. Two of the bedrooms are in the main living space. The third is in its own private casita, perfect for when guests come to visit. The detached casita has a king bed, couch, mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker in the kitchenette. Fully equipped with pool toys, games, DVD library and all amenities. Just bring your toothbrush and get ready to relax.

There is a large two car garage and driveway. PGA West is a laid back and quiet gated community that features six golf courses, three of which are open to the public. There are two public clubhouses and our home is a quick car or bike ride to both of them. The Tournament Clubhouse is recently remodeled with a huge patio, amazing views and great food. The club is a full service golf facility with professional instruction and great practice areas. The three public courses include the Nicklaus Tournament Course, the Greg Norman Resort Course and the TPC Stadium Course. The La Quinta Resort is just ten minutes away and features two more public courses.

We utilize a professional property manager located just down the road. The home will be professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. Should you wish to have it cleaned during your stay, just let me know and we can make arrangements for that as well for an additional cost. There is an outdoor camera in the backyard that is monitored when the house is not occupied.
