Specifically we are in Persimmon Point on the Upper Nine holes and at a higher elevation than other condos in the club below. With easy access year round four wheel drive is not required to access our condo. It can be enjoyed for skiing trips to nearby Cataloochee Ski Resort just 15 minutes away.

With a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining area, and cable flat screen TV's in every bedroom, living room with a gas fireplace and a screened patio room to enjoy year round with additional seating for alfresco dining. The newly renovated master bath offers a spa like walk in shower, double sinks with quartz countertops and a SEPARATE toilet room for privacy. The second bedroom connects to the guest bathroom making this perfect for 2 couples to share! Stocked with all your needs(towels, linens) plus supplies to get your vacation started(toilet paper, napkins, detergents and dish soap, coffee filters, basic spices). Full size Washer and Dryer with laundry soap provided. Spectrum Cable, games, puzzles, cards and strong WIFI.
Parking is provided in a large well lighted parking lot where there is an elevator just steps from our unit. Perfect size for a golf foursome to share, a family or just a couple or two.
Maggie Valley Country Club itself offers close proximity to downtown Waynesville and popular Asheville culture and dining, and the pristine beauty of the Smoky Mountains and surrounding National Forests. Many guests will want to tour the incredible historic Biltmore Estate and grounds just a short 30 minute drive away. Nearby towns like Waynesville and Bryson City have quaint historic districts featuring shopping, dining, and artists. Cherokee, which is at the Eastern End of the Smoky Mountain National Park and just a 30 minute drive west of the condo offers many family activities on the reservation including a Harrahs Vegas style casino for adults with many restaurants including Brio Tuscan Grill and Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Other Area attractions include the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad, Ski Cataloochee, NOA Center for river rafting and ziplining, Tube World for snow tubing, and much more.
