The Eucalyptus is a very pretty pavilion surrounded by a terrace which gives access to the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room and gives a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the sea as well as the Garden.
In a 1 hectare property called "Les Amandiers" with trees and flowers giving an extraordinary view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the sea.
Other accommodations are available:
- Appt Mûrier (Abritel 1400801) for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 juniors,
- Appt Laurier (Abritel 1400802) for 4 to 5 people,
- Appt Pin parasol (Abritel 1491656) for 4 people 2 bedrooms,

Each accommodation has access to the large swimming pool of 17m by 7m with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 2.90m, it is perfect for swimming.

You can park your vehicles without any problem and of course for free on the property, and even your boat trailers if you wish ... there is a lot of space with us !!! come with your motorcycles, your jet skis, your bikes,

The Eucalyptus pavilion itself is made up of 3 pretty rooms:
1) A bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe with a safe and a French window leading directly to the terrace and to the view of the Gulf and the sea.
2) a bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 which can be brought together, wardrobe and window overlooking the garden.
3) another bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90, wardrobe and a French window overlooking the terrace and the view of the Gulf and the sea.

It also includes:
1) a large bathroom, with bath - shower, sink, bidet, WC and a washing machine.
2) a shower room, with sink and WC.

A beautiful kitchen with terrace access and overlooking the Gulf and the sea, equipped with:
- 1 stove with oven
- 1 dishwasher
- 1 fridge-freezer
- 1 microwave
- 1 coffee maker
- 1 kettle
- 1 toaster
- all the equipment to cook well.

A living room with terrace access and view of the Gulf and the sea including:
- 1 table with 6 solid wood chairs
- 1 living room sofa
- 2 armchairs
- 1 television

On the large terrace is a garden table and 6 chairs to take full advantage of the view during meals + parasol.
The terrace goes around the pavilion, it is secure for children.

-Private barbecue and outdoor shower in addition.

You will have access to WIFI when you get closer to the swimming pool, near the main building.

The linen (sheets and hand towels) is included in the price as well as the weekly change of sheets and towels, and the end of stay cleaning is also included.
