The only thing in your view is the water and Cerralvo island. Breathtaking. This is an architecturally pleasing gated property that is “50 steps” away from the water. Paddle boards and kayaks are ready for use. There is an outdoor bathroom adjacent to the outdoor shower to rinse off after coming in from a day on the beach. The property is gated and private and you basically have your own beach right out front to lay lines out and launch or get picked up by Panga captains for a day of fishing.
