This is a very nice resort property. The unit we stayed in was very well laid out and had everything we needed for our five day vacation. Once we got the lay of the property it was very easy to navigate all the pools and access the beach. I definitely appreciated having an A.J.’s restaurant across the street. We walked there twice during our stay and the food was delicious and you have to have the Key Lime Pie

This was a wonderful place to stay with a young child. We loved being on the same level as the splash pad. The room was clean and the check in/out process was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

If this is condo 224 then they need to know how confusing it is on where to park and what floor to get to from the garage to the condo and how confusing it is to even get to the pool from our room. It was a beautiful condo but way to confusing!!

Great place to relax and watch sunrise and sunsets. Lazy river and pools are grear for people who have small kids. We have a teenager(hard to entertain) who likes outdoors! Overall super recommend the place.

Great stay

We appreciated the detailed information that our host sent us leading up to our stay. The parking was great, unit was clean (bunk beds were great for the kids!), and we loved how easy it was to access the pools and beach.

Great Location

This place is very kid friendly and so convenient to the beach and activities in the area. Very clean and the kids loved the bunk beds. We will be returning soon.

Property Manager is GREAT

Property manager is great, I have a few concerns when we arrived but the host was very quick to try and fix it and make things right. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

The condo was ground level and just outside the heated pool but the patio was not in a high traffic area which is what we wanted. Nice privacy but easy access to the pool right out the door. Very comfortable place to stay.

Pros: Very clean, all appliances were updated and worked well, plenty of bath towels and pillows, comfortable beds and bedding. Great location for the upper heated pool and kiddie pool.Cons: Getting around to other parts of the complex and the beach was kind of a pain. The stairs are on the opposite side of the resort and require you to scan your bracelet 4 separate times to get to the lower pools. Or you can wait to take the elevator down one floor. It wasn't a huge deal once we got used to it. It just felt like there wasn't a good direct route to those places.

Family Vacation

Great stay for a family getaway. Three separate pool areas for kids of all ages and also steps away from the beach. The kiddos loved the bunk beds with TVs and the main bedroom had a comfortable bed. Having a walkout patio to the pool area is a nice bonus. Location is also good. Minutes away from the boardwalk and Destin attractions.
