This bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in a modern building, right in the heart of Tel Aviv, minutes away from Frishman beach and from Bugrashov and Dizengoff streets famous for their local eateries, shops and night life. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family. While located in the center, the apartment is very quiet thanks to its double glazing windows.
Parking available under certain conditions*.
THE SPACE
The apartment is 70 square meters. The living area is divided between a living room, a balcony, a dining area and an open plan kitchen.

Fully equipped open plan kitchen wih a bar and 3 stools.
Dining area with a dining table that can sit up to 4 people.
13 square meter balcony with sea view on Ben Yehuda street furnished with a table and 2 chairs.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, flat screen TV, full height closet and access to the balcony
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, full height closet. This is also the SHELTER in case of emergency.
Full Bathroom with walk in shower.

- Parking: included in the booking for 14-day or longer stays. Please notify us in advance*
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi (fiber optic).
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.

- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.
- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.
- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hours minimum.

The parking lot is on Mendele Mokher Sfarim street 3, less than 200 meters away (a 2-minute walk).
**IMPORTANT UPDATE: BETWEEN 18/04/2021 - 30/12/2026, THERE IS CONSTRUCTION WORK ON BEN YEHUDA STREET WHILE THE CITY IS BUILDING A TRAMWAY. IT MAY CAUSE SOME NUISANCE.
GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION
The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online.
PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located on the central Ben Yehuda street next to Bugrashov and Shalom Aleichem. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach, Dizengoff street, the famous Carmel market, and a short distance from the old historic Jaffa. There is no shortage of eateries, shops, and cafes in the vicinity and you'll be able fully enjoy the Tel Aviv life style.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda and Bugrashov streets.
There are countless buses running from Hayarkon and Dizengoff streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
