Very disappointed

I really dislike giving bad reviews. But The level of deception and disappointments runs high with this rental. The image posted is a high-rise condo on the beach that is across the street. Where are you actually stay is in the very back of a large townhome neighborhood. The description claims to be a "ground floor condo" but it is actually a two-story townhome. All the bedrooms are up a flight of stairs and the beach is a several minute walk. I currently have limited mobility so the reality of this rental caused a lot of stress and obstacles that could have been avoided if the booking process were honest. The "housekeeping" you pay for was sub par. Yes the surfaces may have been wiped down and trash bags emptied but the buck stops there. Examples: -Dust bunnies, hair and miscellaneous items under beds -Upstairs toilet needs fixing, takes an hour to fill tank. - only an extremely small shower in master bedroom with no room to put your toiletries on any sink counter. -Moldy shower curtains -Horrible mattress and massive pilling on sheets making them very scratchy. Sheets and bedding did not smell or look clean. -Dust and grime caked on air vents and fan blades -Bath towels smell musty -Dirty bath mats -Missing knobs on bathroom drawers -Hot water shower knob needs to be tightened -Both outdoor patios needed to be cleaned -Pest control needed, had to kill a roach when trying to eat dinner -Ice box needs to be cleaned out so there's not a clumped together solid mass of cub

The property was clean with the exception of the bath rugs on the floor. I did not like the color of the towels in the room bc I prefer white. There also were not enough towels in the room. The shower in one of the bathrooms was too small which would’ve been fine if the pictures provided showed that. The comforters on the beds were old and needed updating. Was not aware that both bedrooms would be upstairs and the scenery on the back side of the condo was unattractive. I think it is overpriced.

We had the best stay at this property! There was a little bit of trouble (outside of our or the owner’s control) with check in, but throughout that whole process, the owner was communicating clearly with us and was super gracious in helping us figure out what would be best. We definitely recommend!

Wonderful vacation

Very clean, property well maintained. We brought our granddaughter with us and we had a great time. Very clean, safe and fun visit. She enjoyed the pools and it was close to beach.

Relax and Get Away

This was the perfect location, away from Front Beach Rd. traffic but close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, walking distance to the beach, and pools on site. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee and in the evening to just relax and we didn't have all the traffic noise. We will definitely do a trip here again.

Beautiful beach!

We loved our visit to West Panama City beach. The condo was spacious with a great second floor balcony showcasing nightly sunsets. The white sand beach, just across the road, is huge and spacious. We enjoyed the pools, and friendly condo neighbours. Our host, Amy, was very accommodating and helpful. A great rental!!

Panama in October!

We stayed at this Location October 2022. Family of 5 (5, 2 and infant). It was extremely accommodating, as there were things there already for the little ones! I.E. books, games, playpen! Very quite, relaxing community! From the moment we booked till the time we arrived back home Amy was there to answer any questions, right away! An amazing host! The short walk to the beach made it easy everyday, along with a short drive to pier park and some of the best restaurants! Very clean up to date house! The pools were perfect as well! Thank you letting us enjoy our family time at your location! I can’t recommend this place enough!

PCB Getaway

We were looking for a couple day getaway and to check out the Panama City Beach area. This location was well situated for us. Communication with Amy was always prompt and questions answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick little stay

We had a great time at the pool, our stay was very short but accommodating as can be. The owner was so nice and let us in a few hours earlier, as we extended our FL trip by a day and needed showers after Shell Island! We’d definitely stay again long term in the future.

Wonderful Vacation!

The area this is located in is wonderful with having 3 pools to choose between and being across the street from the branch made my kids happy. The location is good as it is out of the way of the busiest parts of PCB but close enough to get around quickly!

Great get away

Very clean, front office and property manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. Beach house was very clean, nice neighborhood with night security. Pools were great. Loved all the pool toys there for our kids to play with. The ocean was beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great memories!

Great location and price. Wonderful owners and great communication.

Love this property. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Short walk to beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pools were clean and well taken care of. Everything that you need is there at the property location.
