Come enjoy our little piece of heaven in this serene cottage nestled in the trees. We are a beautiful 35 minute drive from downtown Waco and Baylor. The relaxing outdoor space, charming interior and ambiance will make you wish for more days in the country. Unwind on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the peace and tranquility.

Our 2 story cottage sleeps up to 6 people. Great retreat when visiting your Baylor student or exploring Waco attractions.

The cottage is a separate building with a private entrance near the main house. Close parking with a pull cart provided by the entry to help with unloading and loading your belongings.

Palo Duro Canyon Trail Team headquarters

We were supporting the Bush Organization with trail maintenance and support of the Warrior 100 event at Prairie Chapel Ranch. This location was very convenient. The cottage gave us a quiet and extremely comfortable place to clean up and rest in between operations. Hot water was plentiful and the beds very comfortable.

Peaceful and relaxing

DOMO Raceway

Crawford Comfort

Great stay. Completely as described. We enjoyed our stay…very comfortable and quiet. Easy drive to Waco for a football game. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the Waco area. Highly recommend!

A quiet getaway

We loved our stay and the property is beautiful. My husbands family farm is just down the road so it was perfect to have this available to us. Very quiet and quaint. It had everything that you needed and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances if you needed to cook. My toddler enjoyed exploring outside where we would sit and sip our coffee on the porch. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay to get away from the city sounds, this place is it! Thanks again, we’ll be back soon.

Texas stay

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rustic home while visiting our son stationed at Fort Hood. The house was just as described with an easy check in process and communication with the hosts. Beautiful country setting with covered porch to enjoy the outdoors. We would definitely stay here again.

Be still and know

This peaceful cottage was exactly what we needed. Coping with tragedy, my sister, mom and I escaped for a birthday celebration. The peacefulness of this sweet cottage was priceless. The morning sounds and sunrise on the hammock were medicine for our souls. Each of us had our own little space for sleeping which made our nights perfect. The cottage was quite a drive out of town. If you are wanting a long weekend of tranquility and peace- this is the place for you!
