Accommodation:

Magnificent villa at a competitive price ideal for beach lovers or for a great family holiday on the Costa Daurada. Both the house and its exteriors offer an unforgettable experience. Authentic comfort is provided by both the objective details and the quality of the furniture (furniture, mattresses, the large leather sofa, the equipped kitchen, the spacious shower, the comfortable hammocks and armchairs in the garden, the wooden pergola, the swimming pool with a non-slip floor...) as well as the subjective and no less important details such as a careful interior and exterior decoration, a relaxing garden, two independent exterior areas well lit at night, a pleasant indoor temperature in summer being 30º outside without the need to turn on the air conditioning, ping-pong table and basket, etc... For all this and more, you are going to recharge the batteries to the maximum. The house has an air conditioner located in the living room.

It is equipped and prepared for the enjoyment of its guests.
It has 2 bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a spacious dining room with three rooms. It has a large garden, private swimming pool, a large terrace, as well as a porch and a wooden pergola where you can enjoy a meal outdoors, a few drinks with friends. It also has a barbecue, solarium and outdoor shower.

Services and common areas:

Guests will have at their disposal all the extension of the plot except the garage. But do not worry, you can park in our ford in front of the house without problems even several cars.

We are currently living in Cunit and treat our guests as our friends. We will try to solve any problem as soon as possible.

All these activities and attractions are in the vicinity of Cunit and nearby towns such as Calafell (10 min by car or train).

The house is located on the main road of Cunit, 5 minutes walk from the center of the village. The train station is only 10 minutes and 5 minutes from the centre on foot. From there you can access Sitges (15min), Barcelona (55min) and Tarragona (45min) by train and more.
