Our Villa Kamelija provide exclusive holidays ideal for families or group of friends visiting Croatia. It is located in the center of Podstrana, surrounded by lawns, olive groves and fruit trees, in very quiet neighborhood and it is perfect for relaxing holiday.

300 meters from the beach and just 10km from the 1700-year-old town Split, our Villa will be the beautiful base from where you will explore the beauties of Croatia. Split is the center point for those exploring and sightseeing Croatia’s romantic coastline and extraordinary islands like Hvar, Brac, Vis, Šolta and Korčula. Visitors can spend days visiting famous sightseeing locations on the islands as well as on the coastline where the medieval city of Trogir, national parks Krka and Kornati islands or Red and Blue lakes beside Imotski are only a few of famous sightseeing spots. In the end, why not take a trip to south to explore the world-famous city of Dubrovnik.

Villa Kamelija is a villa with big private, heated swimming pool ( 8 x 4 m), finish sauna and big outside kitchen for best holiday possible. It has 2 big living areas, 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 toilets and it is ideal for up to 16 persons. It is leased out as a private home; it encompasses three floors with balconies on the approximate 400 m2 of usable space.

On ground floor there are two bedrooms (both with double bed), two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), living area with kitchen and access to garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), one bathroom (with bath), one toilet and big living area with kitchen, dining room and balcony. On second floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower). Two bedrooms are designed as studio bedrooms with tea kitchen inside, they have double beds, southern orientation and access to large balconies with sea view. One of other two bedrooms have double bed and other one has two single beds.

In the front of the house there is a big, fully equipped outside kitchen, outside toilet, barbecue, finish sauna, and big pool area with sundecks, siting area and outdoor shower for your maximum pleasure.
There is parking spaces for 5 cars in front of the house. The whole house is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi.

Important notice: For all young groups damage deposit in the amount of 500€ in cash is obligatory upon arrival. If there is no damage, deposit will be return in total at the check out.
