Big blue, a villa with swimming pool facing the sea
The 150m² villa completely renovated in November 2015 offers an exceptional view of the ocean. Located in a quiet residence, the villa is surrounded by an 800m² garden.
The beach and its coconut grove at 50m invite you to an early bath: a pure moment of happiness.
The villa consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms.
Two are equipped with 160 beds, one with two 90 beds that can be changed to 180 and one with a 140 sofa bed.
Three bedrooms are equipped with an adjoining bathroom.
Large fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven and many utensils.
From the dining area and relaxation area you can admire the ocean, from the tip of the castles to Basse-Terre, with in focus, the island of Marie-Galante and the Archipelago of Saintes.
Between December and April, you may have the chance to admire from the pool terrace, the humpback whales and their young that will cruise offshore.
Size of the swimming pool (3.20mx 3.20m depth 1.30m). Security system.
From the villa access to the Manganao beach, a furnished beach, 5 minutes' walk along the sea.

Beautiful villa by the sea, well-equipped and comfortable. Excellent place to just relax.
It was very hot and humid during our stay (about 3C above average for January), so the plunge pool was very popular!
Communication was easy via whatsapp, and we managed to understand each other despite the fact I don’t speak any French :)

Perfect house for a family who wants a little bit of everything
We spent 10 days at Francois and Maryse's villa had a great time! The house is spacious, well equipped and has an amazing view of the ocean. The owners are always available by phone and very helpful. For example Maryse helped us rent cars to a very good price at a local car rental. Additionally they offer home cooked food to a good price.
The house is located in a good area, close to beaches and supermarkets but still "off" with a sense of privacy. We could easily take the car to different parts of the islands, for example we drove to Port Louis with its beautiful beaches, Basse Terre with an amazing nature and "djungle experience", Pointe Châteux and also Sainte Anne (where we really enjoyed the beach).
Guadeloupe was definately worth a visit and I really recommend to stay at this villa!

Villa exceptionnelle dans residence sécurisée au pied de la mer. Une vue à couper le souffle ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Morgane qui peut également preparer de bons petits plats locaux sur demande. Le logement est tres propre et fonctionnel. Bac à punch des plus appréciable pour se raffraichir à l'heure de l'apéroAttention, villa au pied de la mer et donc ne soyez pas étonné d'etre bercés par le bruit des vagues Très bon spot pour decouvrir ce côté de l'île.

Globalement le logement est très satisfaisant, plutôt bien équipé avec un l’accueil parfait, Un petit point d’amélioration serait de changer quelques équipements (verres un peu corrodé et poêles avec un revêtement adapté, non collant)

Séjour au bord de la mer
Merci encore pour votre logement, nous sommes ravis du séjour. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Morgane. La maison est spacieuse avec un étage doté d'un salon, cuisine toute équipée, une chambre climatisée et une prolongation du salon pouvant être isolée pour donner une seconde chambre climatisée. La terrasse dotée de plusieurs fenêtres offre une vue imprenable sur l'eau. La houle ne permet pas aux sargasses de stagner face à la maison.Au rez de jardin, proche de la piscine, deux chambres ne communiquant pas ni entre elles ni avec la maison, donnent elles aussi une vue magnifique. Le vent marin se ressent mieux à ce niveau. Aucun problème de moustiques.C'est une maison très agréable en Grande-Terre pour un séjour en famille!

Vue incroyable au son de la mer
Magnifique maison sur 2 paliers. Must la voiture pour visiter les plages et attractions environnantes. Trop chaud pour faire les trajets à pied. 3 chambres completes pour la 4e pas ideal pour un adulte pas accès a la salle de bain des autres chambres. On prendrait plus de clim. Coin Tranquille, gens extrêmement gentils.

vacances de noel
cette maison est très agréable et l'accueil de Maryse le fut tout autant. L'annonce relate bien la maison qui possède un bon niveau d'équipement, les photos sont entièrement vrai et chacun a pu trouver sa place grâce a son agencement.
aucun vis à vis, ni de passage en bord de mer.

Maginifique maison dans un environnement idyllique
Tout était parfait. Maryse est très accueillante. La maison est comfortable et spacieuse. La vue sur la mer est imprenable.

Séjour unique
Magnifique maison, vue incroyable, les pieds dans l’eau, l’impression d’être sur un bateau. Accueil parfait de Maryse qui habite à côté et communique très rapidement, elle fait en plus de délicieux repas que je recommande !! Une maison à relouer sans hésiter avec une petite plage à côté pour faire un peu de snorkeling. Accueil parfait !

Vue à couper le souffle
Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la beauté de l'endroit. Le bruit des vagues était très apaisant. Maryse a été une hôte vraiment super. Fortement recommandé!

Parfait séjour
Les photos de l'annonce sont vraiment représentatives de la villa, c'est simplement magnifique. On est accompagnés du son des vagues tout le long du séjour.
L'arrivée a été un charme, on avait l'option avec Maryse d'avoir un repas typique fait maison pour tout le monde ce qui a été grandement apprécié après notre journée de voyagement. Elle nous a aussi donné d'excellents conseils sur la Guadeloupe et est restée disponible pour nous tout au long du séjour.
On nous a aussi accommodé avec un parc, chaise haute et bain pour bébé.
On a accès à une petite plage baignable facile d'accès à environ 3 maisons de distance.
La villa est située dans un domaine résidentiel, on se sentait vraiment en sécurité et au calme.
J'y retournerai avec ma famille ou amis sans hésiter !
